Role & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Financial Services team, contributing to the design and development of scalable system.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Able To-

• Take ownership of delivering performant, scalable and high quality cloud based software, both frontend and backend side.
• Mentor team members to develop in line with product requirements.
• Collaborate with Senior Architect for design and technology choices for product development roadmap.
• Do code reviews.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Software Engineer fullstack profile using NodeJS / Python and React
• Mandatory (Experience) - Must have 6+ YOE in Software Development using Python OR NodeJS (For backend) & React (For frontend)
• Mandatory (Core Skills 1): Must have strong experience in working on Typescript
• Mandatory (Core Skills 2): Must have experience in message based systems like Kafka, RabbitMq, Redis
• Mandatory (Core Skills 3): Databases - PostgreSQL & NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Mandatory (Company) - Product Companies Only
• Mandatory (Education) - B.Tech or Dual degree (Btech and Mtech or Integrated Msc/MS) from Tier 1 Engineering Institutes. Candidates from other institutions will not be considered unless they come from top-tier product companies
• Mandatory (Note) : This role is a hybrid role (2 days WFO)
• Preferred (Experience): Experience in Fin-Tech, Payment, POS and Retail products is highly preferred
• Preferred (Mentoring): Experience in mentoring, coaching the team.

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and driving sustained engagement. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain existing users, reactivate dormant users, and enhance overall user satisfaction.

What Will You Do?

• Take end-to-end ownership of the product — identify market requirements, define the product vision, create design concepts, and shape the product roadmap.
• Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
• Work with key stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and innovation opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor products to maintain STAGE’s competitive edge.
• Champion user-centric design principles, collaborating with UX/UI teams to create seamless, intuitive user experiences.
• Gather and incorporate user feedback to drive continuous improvement in design and functionality.
• Partner with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the B2C segment
• Prior experience in the OTT / Streaming industry is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Mandatory :

• Candidate must have 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in Growing Startups or Product-based companies, with proven experience in a B2C product environment.
• Candidate should have hands-on experience across the complete product lifecycle, including product vision and roadmap creation, requirement gathering and PRD documentation, feature prioritization and planning, execution with engineering teams and post-launch iterations.
• Candidate must possess strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to define and track product metrics and KPIs to measure success.
• Candidate should have significant experience collaborating with UX/UI and design teams, including user research, prototyping, and A/B testing to enhance user experience.
• Candidate must have a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidate should have experience developing and implementing user retention, engagement, and activation strategies to drive product growth and customer loyalty.

Experience Required: 5+ years in Data Analysis, with ERP migration experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and map data from SAP to JD Edwards structures.
• Define data transformation rules and business logic.
• Assist with data extraction, cleansing, and enrichment.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and execute ETL processes.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation before and after migration.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand master and transactional data requirements.
• Support the creation of reports to validate data accuracy in JDE.
• Document data mapping, cleansing rules, and transformation processes.
• Participate in testing cycles and assist with UAT data validation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience in SAP ERP data models (FI, MM, SD, etc.).
• Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne data structure is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data profiling tools.
• Experience in data migration tools like SAP BODS, Talend, or Informatica.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• ERP migration project experience is essential.

Define specifications for significant new projects and specify, design and develop software according to those specifications. You will perform professional software development tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.

• Design and build distributed, scalable, and fault-tolerant software systems.

You will lead a dynamic team, foster collaboration, and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.

Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of HR Tech SAAS projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the delivery phase, ensuring effective communication and addressing concerns promptly.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and methodologies. Gather feedback from project deliveries to inform product development and future implementations.

• Documentation:

Ensure comprehensive documentation of project deliverables, timelines, and client-specific details. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communication.

• Budget Management:

Manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within budgetary constraints. Provide regular budget updates to clients and stakeholders.

Role: We are looking for an experienced team lead to drive data acquisition projects end to end. In this role, you will be working in the web scraping team with data engineers, helping them solve complex web problems and mentor them along the way. You’ll be adept at delivering large-scale web crawling projects, breaking down barriers for your team and planning at a higher level, and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.  

Responsibilities  

•  Interface with clients and sales team to translate functional requirements into technical requirements 
•  Plan and estimate tasks with your team, in collaboration with the delivery managers 
•  Engineer complex data acquisition projects 
•  Guide and mentor your team of engineers 
•  Anticipate issues that might arise and proactively consider those into design 
•  Perform code reviews and suggest design changes 

Prerequisites 

•  Between 2-3 years of relevant experience 
• Fluent programming skills and well-versed with scripting languages like Python or Ruby 
• Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms 
• Excellent tech troubleshooting skills 
• Good understanding of web data landscape 
• Prior exposure to DOM, XPATH and hands on experience with selenium/automated testing is a plus
