Role Overview

You will be responsible for creating world-class video content that showcases our robots,

software platforms, customer deployments, brand campaigns, and corporate

communication. This includes product videos, launch films, explainer videos, reels,

motion graphics, and video assets for presentations, events, and PR.

You must understand aesthetics, storytelling, pacing, and be able to interpret technical

content to craft engaging visual narratives.

What You’ll Do

• Edit raw footage into polished videos for marketing, product demos, events, and social media

• Create short-form videos (reels, shorts, teasers, reveal videos) for brand amplification

• Produce long-form content such as walkthroughs, interviews, explainer videos, and case studies• Craft cinematic, engaging product videos that highlight robotics features & interactions

• Create animated visuals, UI overlays, transitions, product callouts, and brand identity elements

• Design intro/outro sequences aligned with Kody’s brand identity

• Add AI-focused, futuristic elements & visual cues where required

• Work closely with marketing, robotics, product & design teams

• Provide creative direction during shoots; ability to plan and storyboard is a strong plus

• Collaborate with internal designers and external agencies when needed

• Understand brand tonality, engineering accuracy, and storytelling intent

• Color grading, sound design, music selection & audio cleanup

• Manage and organize footage, proxies, archives, and project files

• Ensure all exports meet platform specs (LinkedIn, YouTube, social media, presentations, events)

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3-4 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or visual storytelling

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro etc.

• Experience using AI video editing and image creation tools

• Ability to edit fast paced and slow cinematic styles

• Great sense of pacing, transitions, music sync, and visual flow

• You’re curious about AI, robotics, automation, and futuristic tech storytelling

• Excellent attention to detail, color sense, typography, and aesthetics

Kody Technolab Limited is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have

strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, MLOps, and cloud-based AI deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for classification, regression, recommendation systems, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI applications.

• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, evaluation, and deployment.

• Develop AI solutions using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, and related frameworks.

• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation models such as GPT, BERT, Llama, Claude, and Stable Diffusion.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability for production environments.

• Implement MLOps best practices using tools such as MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kubeflow.

• Stay updated with emerging trends and research in AI, ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML product development.

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks including Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, GANs, VAEs, diffusion models, and prompt engineering.

• Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle including model training, tuning, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Docker, Kubeflow, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Fine-tuning and deployment of Large Language Models.

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures.

• Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.

• Knowledge of model interpretability, data annotation, and feature engineering.

• C++ experience for high-performance AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and ensure the successful execution of business development strategies devised by senior leadership.
• Monitor and report on the progress of strategy execution, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Lead, train, and mentor junior Business Development Executives and interns over sales processes and practices.
• Conduct regular training sessions on the use of advanced AI technology in Sales, sharing best sales practices from sales leaders to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
• Oversee day-to-day sales activities like pipeline review, email validations, and cold-call mock sessions to ensure the sales team aligns in achieving sales targets.
• Support the team in identifying potential clients and establishing strong relationships.
• Assist in the development and delivery of presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities : 

Design and Development : Develop robust and scalable robotic applications 

using ROS2. Implement software for various robotic systems, ensuring high 

performance and reliability. 

Hand-on with developing ROS2 nodes, Services/Clients, Publishers/Subscriber. 

Lead and develop path/motion planning algorithms that include route planning, 

trajectory optimization, decision making, and open space planning. Good 

understandings of Robot dynamics, kinematics and modeling. 

System Integration : Integrate sensors, actuators, and other hardware 

components with robotic systems. Ensure seamless communication between 

hardware and software layers. Experienced on integration with perception 

sensors such as IMU, GPS, Stereo Cameras, Lidar, Radar, and various other 

sensors. 

URDF Modeling : Create and maintain accurate URDF models for robotic 

systems. Ensure models accurately represent the physical configuration and 

kinematics of the robots. 

Algorithm Implementation : Implement and optimize algorithms for perception, 

localization, mapping, navigation, and control. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Engineering or a related field. 
• Proven experience as a Content Writer with at least 2 years of professional experience. 
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar. 
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategies. 
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools. 
• Experience in crafting content for various digital platforms and channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. 
• Excellent research skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
