The Opportunity:
Join Appknox as a Data Mining & CRM Data Hygiene Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes and enhancing data accuracy within our CRM. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data mining and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities for the sales team using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Maintain data hygiene within the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and organized.
- Regularly clean, enrich, and validate sales data in HubSpot to enhance the effectiveness of the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all data-related needs are met and leverage insights to optimize sales processes.
- Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective measures when necessary to maintain high standards of data accuracy.
- Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards that track data quality, lead performance, and sales pipeline health.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in data mining, data analysis, or CRM management roles.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and a strong understanding of its basic functionalities, particularly those related to CRM management.
- Experience with data mining tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in sales operations or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with other CRM platforms or sales tools will be an advantage.
