Roles and Responsibilities:
● Leads will be generated in house. Prefixed meetings will be assigned by our Pre Sales team to the respective OS team.
● Process Oriented
● Data centric in approach and come up with smart & efficient processes for amazing customer experience.
● Negotiating payment and pricing
● Developing sales strategies
● Following up on business leads and referrals
● Traveling to various client locations
● Meeting sales targets
● Conducting presentations and product demonstrations
● Work with the Product team and provide the inputs to improve the interface, for better customer support and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background hiring for AI, Product-based, and SaaS organizations, along with the ability to mentor recruiters, drive hiring strategy, and partner closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent at scale.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex technical roles across AI, Product, and SaaS domains in the US market
- Partner with hiring managers, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Drive hiring strategy, market intelligence, and talent mapping for niche and high-demand skill sets
- Mentor, guide, and review the work of junior recruiters to improve quality, speed, and candidate experience
