Role Overview:

The Safety Manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety policies at construction sites to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees and workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement site safety policies and procedures.

Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.

Ensure compliance with MBOCW/BOCW rules and other statutory safety regulations.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and recommend corrective actions.

Conduct safety training programs and toolbox talks for workers and staff.

Monitor the use of PPE and ensure safety standards are followed on-site.

Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance documentation.

Coordinate with project managers and site teams to implement safety measures.

Identify potential hazards and implement preventive actions.

Ensure emergency response and safety preparedness at the construction site.

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Science.

Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (CLI/RLI/State Board approved)

OR Diploma in Construction Safety Management from NICMAR.

Experience Required:

Minimum 8–15 years of experience in construction safety management.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will be responsible for managing projects.The Project Architect will contribute to the design and development of architectural projects, collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• In-depth knowledge of construction and building codes
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
• Experience in the interior design industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field

Customer Operational Account Management:

 The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will focus on establishing and maintaining positive client relationships from an operational and strategic perspective. The incumbent will utilize client relationship management skills to maintain and renew existing contracts, as well as to obtain additional revenue within the assigned account workload.

 Take ownership of customers’ operational needs and steward throughout the organization as required.

 Identifying and recommending resolutions to all Customers’ issues enabling the Customer to place 100% of Customer business on the Company’s products and Services.

 On-going support for advanced or escalated questions/issues/problems.

 Continuously seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships, revenue, profitability, and loyalty.

 Act as a product expert and assist clients in achieving maximum ROI through consultation, training, and analysis for the Company’s customers including but not limited to:  Being a Subject Matter Expert on assigned products and services.  Post-training assessment review and recommendations.  Communication of all system enhancements.  Prepare clients for upcoming releases and ensure they are current on available functionality and how it can meet their needs.  Adherence to Internal and Industry Risk and Compliance rules and responsibilities.  Responsible for assuring the Company’s compliance with its obligations under the Partner Agreement and the Service Level Agreement as it relates to his/her customers.  Maintain an understanding of the market and industry dynamics, including applicable regulations.

Job responsibility

• A strong understanding or work experience of all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.
• Deep experience with troubleshooting, HTTP traffic inspection, authentication methodologies, session management and browser automation.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and TDD.
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
• Able to develop large scale web/database applications.
• Capable of working on multiple projects with meeting multiple deadlines.
• Maintaining and supporting multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces.
• Capable of working in team environment& individually on projects.
• Smart enough to work with Project Manager to determine needs and applying / customizing existing technology to meet those needs.
• Ability to handle clients, understanding client requirements, coding, designing on .dot net platform, C#, asp.net. Hand on Experience with OOPS concept and Design patterns. 
• Ability to construct user guides and Project Documentation, Project Progress Report and other documentation.

Technical Skills required: 

.Net with c# core, Ajax, MVC, linq, entity framework, ADO.net, Java script, JQuery, SQL Server, Angular (advance), Socket programming.

Responsibilities for Staff Engineer role:

• Having experience in Java along with Springboot, Micorservices, RDBMS
• Experience required: 6yrs to 8 yrs.
