• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of web applications using PHP

Required Skills:

Job Description -

• Strong experience in SQL
• Experience in Databases - MySQL & PostgresSQL.
• Experience in writing & adjusting Stored Procedures, T-SQL.
• Experience in Query optimization Index creation, SQL Joins, Sub-Queries.

1.Provide post-sale support to clients by guiding them through payment schedules, cost breakdowns, and ensuring a smooth transition after the purchase of property/.

2. Manage communication between clients and internal teams to resolve issues related to payments, contracts, and delivery.

3. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive timely updates on payment due dates and outstanding balances.

4. Address and resolve client concern promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

5.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payments, invoices, and financial transactions.

6.Assist clients in understanding the terms of their contracts and coordinate with the finance team for accurate billing and invoicing.

7.Develop educational materials to explain complex processes such as payment terms, contract terms, or maintenance schedules.

8. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, proactive outreach, and personalized attention.

9.Handling flat modification after coordination between Client and Company 

Around 4 years of experience in creating and implementing Web-based products using REST

API, Node.js, Angular/ React, any database MySQL or No SQL.

Ability to work in an Agile, fast-paced environment, and learn rapidly.

Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering or similar.

Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular, LESS/SASS

Hands-on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side

Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns, minimum two-year experience

with MEAN Full stack paradigm

Experience with cloud technologies is a plus

Writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.

Must have knowledge of project/task management tools like Jira

Familiarity with Version Control tools like Bitbucket, Git etc..

Basic Knowledge or experience in Testing (Unit and functional) preferred.

Build features and applications with responsive design

Understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards.

Good English communication skills, written and spoken.

NW JD Network Lead designs, plans and develops Enterprise network device configurations, End Point connectivity and Network security participating in service flow discussions and deployment architecture. Establishes monitoring, maintenance procedures, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, and communication links. This position will be working on an engineering and project team providing solutions and new implementations. Design cost-effective data communications solutions to meet new and evolving requirements Plan and execute the installation of new networking components to fulfil business requirements Support the design and analysis of network improvements and enhancements. Provide analysis to support performance tuning and capacity planning Provide troubleshooting and problem solving support for network issues.
