Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.

3 to 5 years of experience.

Experience developing training materials.

Attention to detail.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Fluency in Hindi is a must.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Complete training for all new hires and continual training for the entire sales staff.

Discipline and provide coaching to salespeople as necessary.

Engage in one-on-one reviews with salespeople to maximize performance.

Strategize new training methods to be implemented.

Partner with sales and marketing departments to set and progress toward goals.

Collect and interpret data to determine the effectiveness of training techniques.

Write and publish training materials.

Responsibilities:

• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems Proof read and edit blog posts before publication
• Submit work to editors for input and approval
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Promote content on social media
• Identify customers needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Update website content as needed

Designation & Key Objectives: Graphic Designer

● Conceptualization to Execution: Plan, Design and Develop graphics based on requirements. Assisting and creating concepts for SALE, Shoot, Launch Campaigns.

● Basic 2D Animation: Creation of 2D animation for videos and ads.

● Assisting and creating ECOM wireframes for SALE, Product launches etc.

● In addition to the above, ideas related to print, retail and hoardings could be implemented too.

Qualifications and Functional Competencies

● A strong background in graphic design

● Knowledge of the latest graphics & video tools and software - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, InDesign, After Effects

● Knowledge of current fashion design trends is a plus
