● Liase with Business & Credit team to drive Loan Conversions from Applications

About the role
Having found exceptional product/market fit, we’re in the midst of transitioning from 'start-up' to ‘scale-up’, and looking for a senior frontend engineer to help us scale Plum, and spearhead the frontend of our product.
You will have a direct impact on the customer experience through the design and implementation of new features and functionalities in our product. You'll work as part of a small but rapidly growing high-energy team delivering incredible, creative improvements to our product. You'll be in charge of reviewing the implementation of applications following code standards and style guides. You would analyze and build UI Pattern Libraries (Design Systems, UI Kits, etc.)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Spec, build, test, and deliver new features while improving the performance and quality of the product.
- Run test-harness to guarantee the structure, integrity, and design of the application.
- Solve complex CSS, HTML, and User Interface compatibility issues across browsers.
- Optimize JavaScript implementations to ensure that code remains performant.
- Implement front-end development workflows: build systems, dependency management, quality checkers (linting), etc.
- Ability to push things over the line, ship awesome features, and delight customers.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building web applications with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Comfortable with Responsive Web Design and Development and weave out beautiful code in React.
- Strong product and design sensibilities and has an obsessive attention to detail.
- Write testable, maintainable code that's easy to understand.

As a HR & Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations of the company.
What you will do:
- Managing the recruitment efforts including actively recruiting for open positions across offices and partnering with external recruiters to ensure headcount needs are met
- Posting and tracking jobs on various sites
- Coordinating with external recruiters
- Actively scouting new candidates from social media websites such as LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
- Conducting and screening interviews and coordinating with departments for second level interviews
- Preparing offer letters and appointment letters, performing background checks
- Coordinating onboarding process with internal teams
- Leading the company employee relations activities including performance management programs; utilizing systems/tools that support the business objectives as well as general employee feedback including during onboarding and off-boarding
- Managing employee health and other benefits, partnering with benefits companies regularly and lead annual open enrollment

Desired Candidate Profile

Along with Scrum Master we need couple of BI developers skilled in Power BI with 3-4 Years of relevant experience in BI and 1+ years of experience in Power BI.
- Responsible for handling the scrum process in a POD structure with coordination of POD team and product owner in Agile methodology
- Supporting the Product Owners to groom and maintain the product backlog in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint
- Facilitating discussion, administrating, and conflict resolution to get the work done including monitoring, tracking and communication to relevant stakeholders.
- Follow the scrum rituals such as sprint planning, daily scrum, stand-up meetings, facilitate & scheduled meetings, demo, decision-making process etc.
Competencies
- Overall 2-4 years of IT project management and delivery experience with 2+ years of Scrum Master experience in data analytics projects
- Ability to take and understand the commitment to deliver the product on time
- Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team, for example in Data Analytics/Data Science area
- Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
- Certified Scrum Professional
