Job Description:

• Experience in Microsoft Web development technologies such as Web API, SOAP XML 

• C#/.NET .Netcore and ASP.NET Web application experience Cloud based development experience in AWS or Azure

• Knowledge of cloud architecture and technologies

• Support/Incident management experience in a 24/7 environment

• SQL Server and SSIS experience

• DevOps experience of Github and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines or similar

• Windows Server 2016/2019+ and SQL Server 2019+ experience

• Experience of the full software development lifecycle

• You will write clean, scalable code, with a view towards design patterns and security best practices

• Understanding of Agile methodologies working within the SCRUM framework AWS knowledge

Must-Haves

C#/.NET/.NET Core (experienced), ASP.NET Web application (experienced), SQL Server/SSIS (experienced), DevOps (Github/Jenkins CI/CD), Cloud architecture (AWS or Azure)

Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.

Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.

Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.

Evaluates emerging technologies.

Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

• Client acquisition & servicing.
• Understanding of currency / equity / banking markets
• Sales & marketing of financial products / services
• Experience with selling of financial products / services will be preferred.

Job Role :

• Creating data base of potential clients
• Fixing meetings with prospective clients through cold calling or references
• Holding meetings with prospective clients and informing them about products / services offered.
• Responsible for overall Marketing and achieving annual budgets. 
• Analyzing financials of prospective clients to gauge best alternatives and cost reduction

• Looking for 1+ years of experience working in product companies, especially video interviewing.
• Very good communication, Preferably a female, in Bangalore.
• Someone who is proactive and comfortable to give presentations, demo, meet clients when needed.
• Someone who is good with technology.
• Someone who has experience in recruitng & staffing industry. any recruitmnt product sales.

What you should have:

• At least three years of engineering experience, a large portion of which in a team environment
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
• Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms and programming languages
• Experience working closely with product teams, designers, and other developers to create a truly delightful mobile experience
• Familiarity with design concepts and constraints on mobile platforms.
• Extensive understanding of Android framework components and their respective lifecycles
• Experience developing highly performant Kotlin code and view layouts and the ability to diagnose performance bottlenecks
• A disciplined approach to development, testing, documentation and code structure in a team environment
• Familiarity with the Android tool ecosystem for development, testing, debugging, and performance benchmarking
• An excellent understanding of best practices for concurrency and threading
• MVVM design architecture pattern for android.

Preferred skills:

• Open Source contributions & participation in programs like Google Summer of Code are a plus.
• Have published one or more Android apps on the Play Store.
• Dependency injections: Dagger, Koin.
• Multi-threading and coroutines in Kotlin/Rxjava.
