Responsibilities for Brand Manager

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:

• Build deep understanding of target consumer groups, across key geographies in India
• Own the Brand Purpose and define positioning for the brand. Drive communication development in line with Brand purpose and positioning.
• Identify the key market intelligence that will drive strategic business decisions
• Partner with Sales teams in achieving brand plans, and channel execution plans.
• Participate in defining the pricing strategy in close partnership with the commercial team.
• Secure sign-off from Regional Commercial Managers on the proposed Volume Budget and then own delivery of the plan, inspiring distributors, and commercial teams to execute the plan with excellence
• Be accountable for delivery of brand P&L performance targets. Closely monitor brand KPI's: Revenue / Profitability / Market Share & Equity
• Ensure measurement and evaluation & a learning plan to identify, codify and rollout successful brand growth drivers
• Oversee design and execution of selected brand assets
• Digitally savvy with social media expertise to lead digitalization of activities.
• Oversees development of all consumer-facing brand assets and activities during Annual Planning process and secure alignment with Regional Commercial Managers on all planned brand communication
• Develop Brand Playbooks and Templates for market use.
• Ensure all brand assets developed adhere to brand guidelines.

Requirements for the Role

• 5+ years experience with manual and automation testing
• Experience with QA methodologies for large scale web and mobile applications, understanding of software development process
• Experience with mobile,(android and iOS) web and API automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Appium and Postman
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment and with geographically distributed teams
• Experience working with SCM tools like Git
• Experience in implementing CI/CD regression pipelines

Job Details:

 Generate potential client leads by contacting investors and wealth professionals that have communicated interest in evaluating MProfit’s products

 Follow up with potential client leads as a point-of-contact to address their requirements, schedule online demos and provide assistance to help them evaluate MProfit products seamlessly

 Follow up with new clients to ensure a smooth post-sales client onboarding experience

 Follow up with existing clients regarding client feedback, subscription renewals and issue resolution

 Work with MProfit Support Team regarding assignment of client support requests and communication of client feedback

Job Requirements:

 Candidate with 0-2 years of experience

 Excellent verbal and written communication.

 Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other languages is a plus

 Graduate with excellent academic results with good logical thinking

 Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word

 Knowledge of multiple languages is an added advantage

Minimum Experience: 3 years

Frontend Skills

• Strong knowledge and experience with frontend fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JS.
• Strong knowledge and experience with one or more web oriented development languages: JS, TypeScript, PHP, Ruby, or other.
• Strong knowledge and experience in at least one frontend framework: Vue.js, React, Angular, or other.
• Experience utilizing various third party frameworks and libraries.

Good-to-have Experiences: 

• E-commerce platforms: Magento, WooCommerce, etc.
• Content management systems: Drupal, Wordpress.
• Self-hosting cloud services: NextCloud, Gitlab, Gitea; or other SysAdmin-related tools: Wireguard.
