We are looking for a result-driven Team Leader to be responsible for monitoring and 

supervising a team of consultants to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase 

sales. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership 

skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team 

that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be 

advantageous.

• Experience in sales is necessary.

• Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awarenes

Job Role & Responsibility:

VMWare NSBU HCX team is looking for passionate engineers with a startup mindset and ready to solve business problems by applying technical engineering knowledge. You will be a part of enterprise class HCX cloud mobility platform to help customers solve datacenter evacuation, consolidation and hybrid cloud use cases. You’ll be part of a dynamic engineering team where a passion for innovation is a key to address technical problems, improve performance and scalability and focus on continuous improvement is of paramount importance. You will be a part of R&D development team focused on various aspects of HCX ranging from workload mobility to networking in the context of hybrid cloud paradigm. As part of the job, you will work with senior architects and other engineers of the team to deliver world class enterprise class product.

Required Skills:

• Background with Computer Science fundamentals (based on a BS or MS in CS or related field) with 4+ years of substantial professional experience
• Strong programming skills in Java/Go/Python
• Knowledge of distributed systems
• Understanding of Micro Services architecture, REST APIs Design and Development 
• Understanding of Kubernetes, Kafka, No-sql, Java/Sprint, Client MVC
• Exposure to one or more UI technologies
• Organized and passionate about details; able to effectively perform multiple/concurrent tasks within deadlines in a dynamic environment

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge about virtualization, and/or container technologies
• Experience in SDN/Networking/Network Management domain is added plus
• Exposure to AWS, Azure is added plus

Senior Full Stack Engineer

• 3+ years of relevant experience in software development building web applications
• Demonstrated technical capability developing applications using Node JS, Express/NestJS/SailsJS, and any industry-standard RDBMS
• Well acquainted with cutting edge front-end frameworks like React, Javascript dialects like ES6, TypeScript
• CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation HTML5, CSS3 and tools like Gulp/Webpack
• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
• Enjoys and gets energized by complex problem solving and ability to push the innovation on solutions
• Ability to work both independently and in various team settings

·         Professional experience as UI/UX Designer, preferably who has worked in healthcare EMR and in designing mobile applications

·         Strong portfolio demonstrating effective and attractive designs

·         Mastery of standard design tools (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

·         Excellent knowledge of emerging UX and visual design trends

·         Experience in conducting users interviews and usability testing

·         Understanding of user centered and responsive design

·         Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions

Essential Functions:

• Work with VFX Lead and Art Director to create a wide range of high quality real-time VFX
• Collaborate with design to create abilities, boss effects, in-game pickup effects
• Create skyboxes, cloud systems, storms, and ambient effects inside environments
• Create VFX for cinematics to support story
• You will be expected to create the highest quality real-time visual effects, both in appearance and performance, while adhering to the project’s artistic vision
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, animation and art teams to create beautiful and believable effects that offer creative solutions to design challenges, add life to the game world, and create wow moments for the users
• Responsible for a variety of aspects of real-time vfx production from creation & simulation all the way through optimization and quality assurance
• You will work in the engine and own both the technical and creative processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of real-time VFX experience
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating a wide variety of VFX coverage and animation skills
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, as well as Maya or other 3D packages
• Critical eye for timing and motion in relation to real world physics behaviors
• Experienced in gameplay VFX (abilities, boss, npc)
• Team player attitude, and self-driven to excellent content
• Proficiency with authoring and editing node based shaders and blueprints
• Advanced animation proficiencies with experience using Houdini, FumeFX, Rayfire, and/or After Effects
• Strong knowledge of PC and console development
