- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, email marketing campaigns, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and optimize strategies accordingly.

Under general supervision, in a 24/7 inbound call center environment, Technical Support Representatives will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
