Job Overview:

The Creative Producer for OTT Films at the company, Bhojpuri will take ownership in shaping, developing, and executing high-quality original series that align with the Company's entertainment-first cultural vision.

This role bridges creative development and execution- supporting the Creative Producer across all stages from concept to production- ensuring that every show is engaging, culturally rooted, and creatively distinctive.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Ideation & Development:

● Developing and shortlisting concepts or pitches for Mini Films

● Evaluate the pitch and show bible for creative feasibility, tone, and audience resonance.

● Collaborate with writers, creators, and production houses to refine and develop approved concepts.

● Contribute creatively in story discussions, ensuring alignment with Company’s tone, audience psychology, and regional authenticity.

2. Creative Execution:

● Collaborate closely with the Creative Producer (Mini Films) on all aspects of creative supervision and storytelling refinement.

● Provide inputs and feedback and assist on casting, locations, art direction, cinematography, costumes, music, editing, and sound design to maintain high creative standards.

● Partner with Producers, showrunners, and production teams throughout pre-production, shoot, and post to ensure the best creative output.

● Work with the marketing and promo team for on-set execution of promos, behind-the-scenes shoots, and photoshoots aligned with brand tonality.

3. Research & Trendspotting:

● Stay continuously updated on content trends, new storytelling formats, and emerging genres in the regional and national entertainment landscape.

● Track innovations in culture, youth behavior, and audience consumption patterns to help develop fresh, trend-aligned content ideas.

4. Project Management:

● Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure all creative tasks are completed within deadlines.

● Collaborate with the production team on budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

● Provide constructive feedback and ensure creative integrity and consistency across episodes.

● Support smooth interdepartmental coordination to maintain on-schedule, high-quality project delivery.

Pre-Production Understanding:

● Strong budgeting skills and understanding of on-ground creative execution.

Post-Production Knowledge:

● Familiarity with editing, sound, BGM, DI, and VFX workflows.

Experience Requirements:

● At least 8+ years of on-ground production experience in filmmaking, including verticals, and 5+ years of platform/channel experience

● High on learning, passion, and execution discipline.

Required Experience 

1 - 5 years of total experience 

Minimum 1 year of experience in SaaS B2B sales 

Experience of selling in education sector is a plus (good to have)

Roles and Responsibilities | What will you do? 

As a Business Development Manager at company you will be responsible for selling company’s flagship SaaS product (campus placements automation tool) to colleges and universities on an annual license subscription basis. 

• Planning and setting weekly/monthly lead generation and outreach goals
• Prospecting, generating leads from the college database shared with you for your zone (1 or more States assigned to you), via emailing, calling, or any necessary means 
• Scheduling and fixing product demo over calls and emails 
• Perform product demos confidently to the placement officers and leadership (Chancellors, Directors, Owners) of the institutes 
• Prepare and send proposals, discuss and negotiate pricing, close deals 
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve your set quota/targets

Job Brief:

You'll be joining Mindtickle’s InfoSec and Compliance team, which is responsible for various functions related to Security, Privacy, and Compliance around Mindtickle's rapidly growing cloud platform. You'll play a crucial role in all our compliance & information security initiatives, including but not limited to those arising from regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, UK DPA 2018, FINRA), audit requirements (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA), and customer/ prospects requests (typically large enterprises).

As Data Privacy & Compliance Manager, you will champion the highest data privacy standards and drive forward compliance across all of Mindtickle. Crucial to this role will be an expert knowledge of international data protection laws and a proactive and pragmatic approach towards data privacy and compliance. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact for all privacy-related topics, including communication with customers and prospects, including RFPs, emails, or privacy calls

• Closely working with the internal legal team and external legal counsel to support the review of third parties/customer data processing addendums (DPAs), standard contractual clauses, contracts, and other data protection agreements

• Maintain the data protection terms agreed with customers in a contract management software

• Perform due diligence of new third parties and periodic risk review of existing third parties, including processes around sub-processors

• Support in other industry compliance projects such as ADA, Section 508, WCAG, FINRA, 21 CFR Part 11, etc.

• Lead the assessment of new legislation or other regulatory changes (GDPR, CCPA, UK DPA 2018, LGPD, PIPEDA, Swiss FDAP) and make recommendations as necessary to ensure that risks are mitigated as well as ongoing compliance

• To work flexibly and collaboratively across all teams in the organization while driving privacy & compliance-related projects, including sales, customer success, product, and engineering

• Own internal and external privacy audit projects, including planning, scoping, need analysis, ongoing project management, and communications with all relevant stakeholders

• Onboard privacy solutions, design, build and deploy data privacy programs on the solutions to ensure compliance with privacy requirements

• Maintain Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) and ensure Privacy By Design for new features/changes in the platform

Desired Qualification:

• 5-10 years of experience in data privacy and compliance, with exposure to cloud software platforms

• Extensive experience in data protection and knowledge of relevant legislation, including GDPR, Standard Contractual Clauses, Transfer Impact Assessment, CCPA, UK DPA 2018, LGPD, PIPEDA, Swiss FDAP, etc.

• Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT, etc., are preferred

• Specialist knowledge in a relevant area, e.g., data security and individual rights requests

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and issue resolution skills

• Excellent analytical skills, organizational skills, ingenuity, and the ability to work as part of a team

• Experience in managing privacy audits and risk management processes

• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, take the initiative, and drive complex projects
