Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Dietitian to lead Miror’s nutrition philosophy and act as the official nutrition spokesperson (SPOC) for the company. This role combines deep clinical expertise with public engagement, thought leadership, and strategic contribution to products, programs, and community education in women’s health.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Program Leadership
- Lead and define Miror’s nutrition frameworks for peri-menopause, menopause, metabolic health, bone health, hormonal balance, and healthy aging.
- Provide advanced, evidence-based guidance for complex women’s health conditions including PCOS, thyroid disorders, metabolic dysfunction, inflammation, fatigue, and lifestyle-related disorders.
- Guide and mentor junior dietitians, nutritionists, and health coaches within the organization.
- Contribute to the development of nutrition-led programs, protocols, and nutraceutical products.
Public Representation & Thought Leadership (SPOC)
- Act as Miror’s official nutrition representative at public forums, conferences, media interactions, webinars, panels, and industry discussions.
- Represent Miror in collaborations with medical bodies, government agencies, partners, and institutional stakeholders.
- Participate in interviews, podcasts, expert panels, and awareness campaigns to strengthen Miror’s credibility.
- Review and approve nutrition-related public content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and trust.
Content, Community & Education
- Shape high-quality educational content including articles, guides, videos, and expert talks.
- Engage with Miror’s communities through live sessions, AMAs, workshops, and expert discussions.
- Support community managers by addressing advanced nutrition queries and trends emerging from members.
- Ensure all nutrition communication aligns with scientific evidence, ethics, and women-centric care.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10-20+ years of experience as a Dietitian / Nutritionist, preferably in women’s health, preventive health, or clinical nutrition.
- Recognized authority with experience speaking at public forums, conferences, or media platforms.
- Strong understanding of female physiology, hormonal health, aging, and lifestyle medicine.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex science for consumers and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative, mentorship-oriented leadership style.
- Comfortable working in a digital health / startup ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Nutrition / Dietetics from a recognized institution.
- Additional certifications in women’s health, hormonal nutrition, metabolic health, or preventive nutrition preferred.
- Proven track record of public speaking, leadership, and clinical excellence.
