Key Responsibilities:

• Drive enterprise-level sales by acquiring and managing strategic partnerships with large corporates for CSR initiatives.
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, solutioning, negotiating, and closing.
• Identify opportunities and customize CSR solutions that align with clients’ business and compliance goals.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, direction, and performance management.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, product) to deliver seamless onboarding and program execution.
• Represent the company at industry events, CSR forums, and client meetings to build strong brand visibility.
• Monitor sales metrics, forecast revenue, and contribute to strategy planning and market expansion.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales,
• Proven track record in team leadership and managing team.
• Strong network and ability to connect with CSR heads, CHROs, and CXOs.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of CSR regulations, frameworks, and industry best practices is a plus.
• Passion for social impact and sustainable development.

Requirements / Experience:

• 4-8+ years of PHP application development experience
• Strong Experience using Laravel/CodeIgniter/ Symfonyframeworks
• Strong experience and theoretical knowledge of PHP
• Front end and back end development expertise
• JavaScript (Vue.js, React, node, Typescript, RequireJS)
• Front end frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)
• Good background with SQL Databases (writing queries, optimization, query builders usage, ORMs)
• API development and documentation (OpenAPI)
• Troubleshooting (ability to react in the most effective manner to eliminate technical issues)
• Solution-Making (ability to propose the most effective technical solutions)
• NoSQL experience is nice to have
• Ability to work on existing live projects and do the modifications as required. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team as well

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Selenium Automation Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium to ensure the quality and performance of our web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver(Java or Python).
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test scenarios and automate them.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.
• Conduct regular regression testing and report bugs and issues effectively.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Prepare detailed test reports and documentation.

What you will do:

• Understand the market, clients and build business cases for new product opportunities.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

• Talk to clients, suppliers, and team members to identify problems.
• Apply the lens of user goals and Fashinza’s mission to prioritize problems to solve.
• Work with engineering and design to plan launch scope. Together with engineering and design, break-down scope into launch iterations.
• Design a client feedback loop and optimise for client and business success metrics.
• Execute strategies that will drive measurable growth in adoption and engagement.
