Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the technical design and development of our core SaaS platform. In this role, you will be responsible for making critical architectural decisions, mentoring other engineers, and ensuring our application is built for massive scale and high performance. You are not just a coder; you are a technical leader who will shape the future of our product and drive our engineering culture forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of highly scalable, secure, and resilient full-stack web applications.
• Take ownership of major features and system components, from technical strategy through to deployment and long-term maintenance.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Drive technical strategy and make key decisions on technology stacks, frameworks, and infrastructure.
• Engineer and implement solutions specifically for SaaS scalability, including microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and efficient cloud resource management.
• Establish and champion best practices for code quality, automated testing, and robust CI/CD pipelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record of building and launching complex SaaS products.
• Deep expertise in both front-end (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java, Go) technologies.
• Expert-level knowledge of designing and scaling applications on a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven, hands-on experience architecting for scale, including deep knowledge of microservices architecture, message queues, and database scaling strategies (e.g., sharding, replication).
• In-depth understanding of database technologies (both SQL and NoSQL) and how to choose the right one for the job.
• Expertise in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and advocating for DevOps principles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for solving complex problems and a proactive, self-starter attitude.

Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and transactions
• They prepare financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets
• Accountants analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making. They assist in budgeting, forecasting and monitoring actual performance against targets
• Tax compliance is a key responsibility, including preparing and filing tax returns. Accountants coordinate and facilitate internal or external audits
• They utilize accounting software and generate reports. Compliance with financial regulations and reporting to regulatory bodies is part of the accountant's role
• Assessing financial risks and proposing strategies for mitigation is important. Provide financial advice and guidance based on analysis and market trends

Requirements:-

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in finance and accounting
• A bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant Accounting field or a professional accounting qualification

Oracle Cloud SCM (O2C & P2P) Functional

As a SCM functional, the individual should have extensive experience in 8-10 years of working experience in Oracle – Procurement and Order Management Cloud with at least 2 full cycle implementations is a must. He/she should have excellent skills in requirement gathering, analysis, solution designing, map/gap analysis, configuration, conducting training, conducting user testing, conducting the transition to Production, Support activities, Preparation of OUM/AIM methodology documentation.

• The candidate must have at least 8-10 years of experience with multiple implementation and configuration of Oracle Order Management and Procurement Cloud.
• Atleast 4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud and rest can be in Oracle EBS.
• Must have done at least 2 to 3 cloud implementations
• Hands on experience with Oracle Cloud OM implementation (Order Management and Fulfillment Cloud - Pricing Strategies, GOP (Global Order Promising), Shipping)
• Should have complete product knowledge of Oracle SCM Cloud modules such as Oracle Order Management Cloud, RMA, Inventory Cloud, Pricing Cloud, GOP(Global order promising), DOO (Distributed order orchestration) OTBI and Report development.
• Hands on experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud (implementation and Support).
• Must have hands on experience to gather requirements, perform fit gap analysis and map with existing functionality - must have knowledge on conducting large scale data migration, consolidation and conversion
• Should be able to identify the gaps in standard Oracle and come out with simple and effective solutions
• Should have experience in preparing the key implementation documents like Setup Documents (BR100), Functional Test Scripts (TE20), Functional Design documents (MD50) and User Training Documents using AIM Methodology.

About the role

As a Student Success Manager, you will be an individual contributor assisting EduRev’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition and retaining existing customers by constantly supporting them. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Understanding the product and the target market audience. Become a product evangelist first.
• Handle the problems faced by users in real-time
• Ensuring that EduRev offers customer experience to all its users across multiple platforms.
• Communicate with users on a regular basis to understand how we can improve the product further and understand the problems faced by users.
• Run experiments to understand the processes which get the maximum conversion & ROI.
• Making outbound calls to potential users, understanding the context of a student's preparation, assessing his/her learning patterns and pitching relevant products and making a sale.
