
Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective
clients and play a key role in growing the customer base. You will be responsible for
managing inbound leads, conducting centre tours, closing sales for smaller inventories, and
building relationships with online aggregators and clients. This role demands a customerfocused
mindset, effective communication skills, and a passion for flexible workspace
solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tours & Product Demonstration
Conduct centre tours and effectively communicate the value proposition of Quest
Coworks to prospective clients.
Demonstrate the benefits of various workspace options, highlighting amenities and
services.
2. Inbound Lead Management
Handle online and telephonic inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Convert inquiries into centre visits and ensure consistent follow-up.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive sales of Flexi Desks, Dedicated Desks, and Private Cabins (up to 20 seats).
Participate in training programs to gradually handle larger inventory deals.
Actively promote alternate seat revenue products like Meeting Rooms, Virtual
Offices, Day Passes, and Training Rooms.
4. Sales MIS & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, proposals, and conversions in
the Sales MIS.
Ensure timely submission of proposals and reports.
5. Aggregator & Broker Management
Map and manage relationships with coworking aggregators and brokers such as
Qdesq, MyHQ, Cofynd, etc.
Drive lead generation through these platforms and explore new partnerships.
6. Client Relations & Retention
Liaise with the operations team to ensure quick resolution of client issues within
defined TATs.
Maintain high client satisfaction through excellent post-sales support and relationship
management.

About the Role :
As the Executive Assistant to the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CMO in managing daily activities, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective communication. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate needs and execute tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CMO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and schedule activities to ensure optimal use of the CMO's time.
- Communication and Correspondence: Act as the primary point of contact between the CMO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and proofread emails, letters, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CMO.
- Information Management: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Organize and manage files, records, and documents to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
- Reports and Special Projects: Coordinate with various departments to gather information and updates on key projects. Assist in the execution of initiatives as directed by the CMO and department heads.
- Meeting Preparation and Follow-up: Prepare agendas, materials, and documentation for meetings attended by the CMO. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
