Business Analyst – Job Description

1.    Requirement gathering, Development, Requirement Analysis and documentation, Requirement communication, Requirement management and Testing. Work closely with the Business teams in gathering requirements, and getting it implemented in the system.

2.    Designing and developing functional test cases, impact analysis, system integration testing and regression testing. Conducting UAT and documentation of test cases.

3.    Support and assists with end user training and coordinates the implementation of these services for the Business.

4.    Based on Testing Feedback from Business Users, plan go live dates for the developments.

5.    Work with various user and support teams to manage technical/operational issues.

6.    Raise the bugs and CRs to tech team and track till closure.

7.    Produce periodic and ad-hoc reports for all stakeholders including leadership to monitor and ensure that projects comply with the governance framework.

8.    Work closely with the vendor in getting the development completed on time and ensure adherence to quality standards.

9.    Ability to multitask and work in a high pressure environment.

10.  Excellent analytical, communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.

11.  Ability to resolve customer/business issues and run the application management activities.

12.  Willingness to go the extra mile to resolve customer/technical issues.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate with strong experience in digital sales and

platform-led brand solutions. The individual will be responsible for onboarding up to 10 new

brands each month, driving revenue growth, and building long-lasting partnerships with key

decision-makers, including CMOs and marketing leaders.

Key Responsibilities

● Drive platform and inventory sales, focusing on brand partnerships and alliances.

● Onboard new brands and manage end-to-end digital sales cycles across multiple

sectors.

● Create and deliver customized online and offline marketing solutions aligned with

client objectives.

● Identify new business opportunities and design solutions that support brand and

marketing goals.

● Engage closely with senior stakeholders (CMO-level and above) to build strategic

relationships.

● Manage and grow accounts with sizeable marketing budgets.

● Deliver impactful presentations and communicate value propositions clearly.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

● 3–5 years of experience in Sales (Digital/Influencer/Tech/Martech preferred).

● Post-graduate degree preferred.

● Prior experience selling technology products or digital solutions to large B2B and B2C

brands.

● Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

● Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple client conversations simultaneously.

● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and understanding of Business

Process Modelling.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English.

What you will need: 

● A deep expertise in React, Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3. 

● Understanding of browser internals and a basic understanding of the network stack. 

● Understanding of common design patterns followed in front-end projects. 

● Basic awareness of application security practices and deployment techniques for front-end projects. 

● Should have sound knowledge in computer science fundamentals like data structure, object-oriented 

programming and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Description :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.

- 8+ years of industry experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on testing and 2 years as a manager.

- Strong knowledge of QA methodology, Testing tools and Test Automation.

- Experience defining automation strategy and influence planning to achieve automation growth.

- Experience troubleshooting complex systems and root causing customer facing software issues.

- Experience with a number of different programming languages and test automation technologies.

- Problem-solving skills and the abilities to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements and effectively prioritize program deliverables.

Job Responsibilities
