Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Bhopal team. The ideal candidate will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, implement growth strategies, and build strong relationships with clients in both domestic and international markets. This role requires sales expertise, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and market research, focusing on revenue generation across domestic and international markets.
- Manage existing client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for queries and concerns.
- Understand and effectively communicate our IT services, including Website Development, Applications, ERP, CRM, Customized Software, and Digital Marketing Services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Continuously improve sales skills through training and development programs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Understand client challenges and objectives to offer customized IT solutions.
- Log all lead generation activities, schedule meetings, and support the sales pipeline.
- Drive revenue growth by leveraging strategic negotiation and strong relationship-building skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 to 7 years of experience in IT Sales or related roles, preferably with a technical background or prior IT industry experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with proficiency in MS Excel and effective mail drafting.
- Expertise in bid management, lead generation, cold calling, and proposal writing.
- Smart negotiator with the capability to close deals.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while maintaining professionalism.
