Job Role: Sales Specialist
Experience Required: 6 Years – 10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through OEM / Channel Partner networks and enterprise accounts.
• Build and nurture strong business relationships with OEM / Channel Partner ecosystems, as well as enterprise clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the complete sales cycle through OEM / Channel Partner collaboration.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, pre-sales, and marketing) to prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to strengthen positioning with OEM / Channel Partners.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and insights to management.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Management is an advantage.
• 6–10 years of proven sales experience in IT / Cybersecurity, with strong exposure to OEM / Channel Partner ecosystems.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in enterprise accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical solutions and present them in a business friendly manner.
• Self-driven, with strong leadership and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, OEM / Channel Partner engagements, and industry events.
