🎯 Role Overview
We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our brand’s growth story. You’ll develop and execute marketing strategies that attract users, engage communities, and drive adoption for our event-focused digital platform.
This role blends creativity, analytics, and execution — ideal for someone who loves working in fast-moving startup environments and building awareness for next-generation tech products.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, influencer, PR).
Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention using data-driven strategies.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging visuals, videos, and stories.
Manage paid marketing (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and event partnerships).
Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
Build and nurture a community of event organizers and experience creators.
Optimize SEO, website traffic, and conversions using performance metrics and analytics.
Support feature launches, regional campaigns, and brand collaborations.
📈 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing — preferably in SaaS, consumer tech, or event-related industries.
Expertise in social media strategy, paid advertising, and analytics.
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and Mailchimp.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and campaign management skills.
Passion for tech products and understanding of startup dynamics.
💡 Preferred Skills
Familiarity with automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign).
Experience with community engagement or influencer marketing.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and storytelling.
