Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Duties and Responsibilities

 Troubleshooting the complex/multi-domain/ incidents, that require design changes or involvement

of OEMs, on the network and services that are escalated by L2 Resolver Group while adhering to

SLA/KPIs

 Providing L3 level of Network and Service Assurance support for enterprise network on routing

and switching and is comprised of Cisco based WAN/ LAN / WLAN and SDWAN technologies

 Carrying out complex network change events.

 Acting as the architect for the projects in the day 2 scenario

 Provide design and deployment guidance on new enterprise sites, make configuration pack and

deploy it on ground.

 Raising TAC cases with OEMs and drive the resolution of complex incidents

 Coordinating with the fault management teams of the CSPs for the resolution of access link

issues

 Working directly with OEMs for upgrades for EoL/EoS based Life Cycle Management.

 Designing and implementing the final fix for resolving the complex incidents in coordination with

OEMs or CSPs.

 Representing the Operations team in architectural and roadmap discussions along with the

customer

 Analyzing the technological advancement in the industry and acting as the technical advisor to

the customer

 Assisting the Major Incident resolution by actively participating in the process.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Partnerships and Alliances:

Identify potential partners, collaborators, and suppliers within the travel industry.

Establish and nurture partnerships to enhance the company's service offerings and value proposition.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company growth objectives.

Present the company's services to potential clients, highlighting unique selling points and benefits.

Proposal Development:

Prepare and present proposals to potential clients that outline the company's services, pricing, and value proposition.

Customize proposals to address the specific needs and requirements of each potential client.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Close deals and secure new business partnerships.

Networking and Industry Events:

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's presence and connect with potential clients and partners.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track and report on sales activities, lead generation, and revenue performance.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.

Collaboration with Marketing:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and content that align with business development goals.

CRM and Database Management:

Up-to-date records of leads, clients, and interactions

Continuous Learning:

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.

Feedback Loop:

Provide valuable feedback to the company's management based on market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.

• 4-5 years of overall experience and 2+ years of experience as full stack developer with skills on Python, Javascript and databases.
• Excellent programming skills and hands-on experience in Python, Java Script, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience of working in Data Science domain is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Ability to positively contribute to a team and willingness to quickly complete large volumes of work with high quality.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• BE/BTech or MCA Degree or any graduate with desired skills.

Job Description :

- Review and analyze system specifications

- Design/Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results, cross-browser / cross-device

- Test REST APIs using Postman, automation scripts

- Create logs to document testing phases and defects

- Report bugs and errors to development teams

- Manage bug and support queues for internal customers

- Proven work experience in software quality assurance

- Experience testing API/REST services

- Experienced with test case creation and execution to cover Functional, Regression, Integration, and E2E testing.

- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing

- Knowledge of using NoSQL/SQL, JMeter, Selenium

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
