What You’ll Do:
● Own top-of-funnel outreach: research, prospect, and qualify leads from our ICP (future-focused SaaS brands).
● Personalize cold outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls using our playbooks and tools.
● Book high intent qualified meetings/month with the founder.
● Run crisp qualification conversations: you’re not spamming; you’re diagnosing.
● Maintain and update lead data, activity, and notes in CRM tools (we’ll provide systems + training).
● Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, identify opportunities, and close the feedback loop fast.
What You’ll Need:
● 1-2 years of experience as an SDR or in outbound lead generation for B2B SaaS or agencies.
● Excellent spoken and written English (you’ll be speaking with US founders).

Role Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer experienced in perpetual trading platforms and Web3 ecosystems.
