Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.

2. Conduct a thorough analysis of client processes to identify areas for Salesforce implementation.

Solution Design:

3. Configure and customize Salesforce to meet client needs, utilizing declarative tools and Apex programming as necessary.

Implementation:

4. Lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including data migration, integration, and customization.

5. Work with project teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

6. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends and Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

7. Integrate Salesforce with other systems, both internal and external, using tools like Salesforce APIs, middleware, and third-party connectors.

8. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce implementations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the testing phase.

9. Provide training to end-users and support teams on Salesforce features and functionalities.

10. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.

11. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer and other relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Javascript Developer, Platform Developer II).

Experience:

1. 5-7 Years of relevant experience in Salesforce

2. Proven experience in implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions.

3. Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies.

4. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.

Technical Skills:

1. Proficient in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
