Responsibilities include: Generate Leads through Outbound calls Generate the business for the company Create a database of prospective clients/leads Pitch the product to the prospective client/lead by fixing a time convenient to them Follow up telephonically and on emails for an appointment Maintain the status on each lead so that the info be used for future campaigns Coordinate with Sales team for the Client appointments
Edit and produce high-quality video content and visually appealing graphic designs for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop creative concepts, optimize content for social media, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Use motion graphics and special effects to enhance video content, maintain an organized asset library, and ensure all content is of the highest quality. Stay updated with industry trends, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and participate in team meetings to ensure timely project completion.
Skills Required :
1) 1-2 years experience in Customer service / Client Servicing
2) Strong English written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities :

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (including SEO and marketing). Familiarity with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus
