Field Sales Executive

Responsibilities

1. Identify new prospects via platforms like LinkedIn, Bidding Portals other portals.
2. Research client industries, pain points, and decision-makers to do the outreach.
3. Maintain and update prospect lists and track outreach activities.
4.  Run cold outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, Apollo sequences).
5. Qualify leads based on project scope, budget, and timelines.
6. Represent Bombay Softwares in the first interaction & clearly communicate our service offerings.
7. Schedule and lead discovery calls to understand client requirements.
8. Work with tech leads/project managers to gather inputs for technical calls when required.
9.  Prepare proposals, SoWs (Scope of Work), estimates, timelines, and other pre-sales documents.
10. Assist in drafting contracts, NDAs, and onboarding documents.
11. Negotiate pricing and service terms with potential clients.
12. Achieve the given quarterly sales target

Qualification & Skills

Mandatory

1. Experience with lead generation using LinkedIn, Apollo, and bidding portals.
2. Strong research skills to identify target industries, pain points, and decision-makers

4. Skilled in qualifying leads based on project scope, budget, and timelines

8. Familiarity with contracts, NDAs, and onboarding documents
9. Strong negotiation skills around pricing and service terms.
10. Proficiency with CRM tools for managing pipelines and tracking activities
11. Ability to collaborate effectively with tech leads and project managers
12. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

As a Community Manager Intern at PedalStart, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing our community . You will work closely with our marketing and social media teams to develop and execute strategies for community engagement, brand advocacy, and user retention.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and engage with our community across various online platforms, including social media channels, forums, and community forums.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from community members in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions and building relationships.
• Create and curate engaging content to share with our community, including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media posts.
• Organize and facilitate online events, such as webinars, Q&A sessions, and virtual meetups, to connect with our community and provide value-added experiences.
• Identify and cultivate brand advocates and influencers within our community, encouraging them to share their experiences and promote our brand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback from the community and communicate insights and trends to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer support efforts.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Passion for building and engaging with online communities, with a deep understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas to drive community engagement and growth.

Duration 

This is a 6-month internship position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and company needs.

• Designing and developing interactively Adapting / Responsive web applications using best practices on ReactJs and the latest front-end technologies.

• Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS, LESS / SASS.

• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful APIs.

• Participate in complex technical and design decisions for ReactJs projects.

Technical Skills:

• Highly Skilled with proven experience in React 16+ and its State Management tools like Redux, styling framework like Material UI.

• Extensive experience using JavaScript/ Typescript, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, LESS/SASS, Bootstrap, AJAX, JSON, Gulp, Grunt etc.

• Good Knowledge in Rest APIs/ GraphQL.

• Experience in tools such as GIT / SourceTree / Bit Bucket, JIRA, Confluence, etc.

• Should have understanding of the agile methodology

• User should have basic knowledge on tools like Figma / Adobe XD and photoshop etc.

Nice to have:

• Nice to have knowledge in Angular, NextJs.

• Nice to have knowledge in Progressive Web Application (PWA), Service Worker and Web Worker, etc.

• Best practices for Website Accessibility (WCAG)

Personal Traits:

• Strong Verbal and Written communication skills, such as meeting facilitation, presentation and documentation

• Work day-to-day with development team, QA testing team, providing expert support to each as needed and appropriate.

• Lead and Coordination experience with critical thinker and good problem-solver.

Education Qualification

• UG: B. Tech / B.E. – Computers OR PG: MCA / M. Tech

Requirements:

- Good Experience as a Business Analyst (non-Presales experience)

- Should be involved in the entire project/product delivery cycle

- Has good understanding of Magento Application Architecture & should be able to provide feedback on same when needed

- Project or Product Analyst experience across multiple projects or a program through the entire solution delivery process and financial reporting.

- Proactively identifies when projects and/or programs are tracking off schedule, over or under budget thresholds and out of compliance with requirements & it escalates to the Project Manager.

- Makes process improvement recommendations to management, drives consistency and improve reporting

- Excellent Oral and Writing English skill including presentation skill

- Ability to Manage Client call, communication Independently

- Experienced in Preparing Large scale FRS, BRD , Wireframe ,proposal document

- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Methodology

- Jira Knowledge would be added advantage

- Experienced in preparing the estimation document will be added advantage
