Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Hadoop Administrator who has hands-on
experience working with Red Hat Linux systems, basic automation through Bash scripting, and
foundational exposure to Hadoop and Cloudera platforms. The ideal candidate has been
involved in real-time system recovery, automation, and training initiatives and is eager to expand
their skills in Linux system administration and Big Data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
● Administered and managed Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7/8) servers to ensure
system stability, performance, and security.
● Automated daily operational tasks using Bash scripting, enhancing system efficiency
and reducing manual work.
● Contributed to backup and disaster recovery strategies for critical enterprise systems.
● Played a key role in recovering a business-critical application (RMA) from disaster
with minimal downtime.
● Delivered internal training on Linux administration, shell scripting, Logical Volume
Management (LVM), and Hadoop basics to junior engineers.
● Participated in Hadoop administration as part of an insourcing project within the
organization.
● Gained hands-on experience installing and maintaining Cloudera CDP Private Cloud
Base clusters under guidance, supporting cluster performance, security, and reliability.
● Assisted in implementing security practices using Apache Ranger, Kerberos, and
Apache Atlas.

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications using the Flutter framework. You will collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless and visually appealing mobile experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop robust, scalable, and high-performing mobile applications using Flutter
- Architect and build advanced cross-platform applications for iOS and Android.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Work with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and design discussions.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and Flutter ecosystem updates.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of overall experience in mobile application development.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
- Strong understanding of mobile architectures (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Experience with State Management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
- Knowledge of platform-specific integration (Swift, Kotlin, Java) is a plus.
- Experience working with Firebase, RESTful APIs, and third-party SDKs.
- Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and team collaboration abilities.

We are looking for a rockstar Inside Sales Executive to work with our Sales and Marketing team to develop and execute a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. He will be responsible for generating qualified leads and arrange meetings for sales teams through multi-channel outreach (USA)
Responsibilities:
- Understand the organizational goals and gain knowledge of CloudTern offerings
- Leverage LinkedIn services to research and reach out to potential Accounts and decision makers based on the Ideal Customer Profile
- Should be able to perform research about the target market and industries during lead generation activities
- Generate new leads using LinkedIn, Email marketing, cold calling, and other relevant marketing channels and activities
- Should make outbound calls daily to the allocated target list
- Should be able to convert cold calls to new business leads
- Meet monthly Quota (4 Leads) consistently
- Follow-up on inbound organic and inorganic leads from lead generation pages/campaigns.
- Communicate professionally with potential prospects on the phone, email, LinkedIn to learn about their business needs and build a productive business relationship.
- Should be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business leads.
- Should have good knowledge of Email marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA (Marketing) is a plus
- Experience- 4-6 years in Cold calling & Lead Generation from the USA market
- Experience in B2B Software Services Industry
- Experience in Cold calling to USA market and generate leads
- Must have existing network of Decision makers from USA
- Good communication skills verbal as well as written is must
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn Navigator, HubSpot and Apollo.io
- Willing to work in the office daily - 5:30 PM - 02:30 AM
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts
