Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Tele Callers with a strong sales background. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products/services to customers, and closing sales. Maintaining proper follow-ups and achieving assigned targets will be part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to customers

Explain products/services clearly and confidently

Handle customer queries and objections

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Maintain call records and follow-ups

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory

Experience in sales/telecalling background required

Fluent in Bengali (mandatory)

Good communication and convincing skills

Salary:

₹35,000 to ₹40,000 take-home per month

Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.

Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.

Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.

Publish progress report to management every week.

• Understanding and experience of the key analytical and market intelligence tools like Google Analytics and other sources across multi-channels – including PPC and display platforms is a must.
