(Interior) Business Development Executive

As a Project Manager at EaseMyTrip, you will be responsible for leading complex cross-functional technology projects, ensuring delivery quality, scalability, and process excellence. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, solution architecture understanding, and travel tech platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete project lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, UI/UX, Business Teams, and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Manage projects related to:
• GDS/API Integrations (Flights, Hotels, Rail, Bus)
• Travel Booking & Reservation Systems
• Payment Gateways, Wallets & Refund Flows
• B2B/B2C Travel Platform Enhancements
• Create and maintain project plans, sprint velocity reports, risk registers, and delivery dashboards for leadership review.
• Review technical feasibility, system architectures, integration workflows, and process documentation.
• Ensure strong project governance in line with PMP/PMO frameworks while delivering in Agile environment.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

 Proven experience managing large-scale travel or OTA technology projects.

Strong understanding of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo), Travel APIs and Booking Systems.

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum framework

Familiarity with software architecture, microservices, integrations and automation workflows

Excellent stakeholder communication, prioritization, and project governance skills

 Ability to handle multiple projects with tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Certifications:

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development professional with 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and generate new B2B sales leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and industry events.

Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s customer base and achieve sales targets.

Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution pitching to senior decision-makers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and propose appropriate solutions.

Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales with a strong focus on long-term partnerships.

•                 Demonstrate proficiency in build and release management using CI/CD strategies (leveraging tools like Jenkins and DevOps practices), implement Mocha/Chai unit and functional test cases in order to reduce costs while ensuring quality

•                 Contributes to designing, implementing and documenting the build release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the applications

•                 Participates in technical walkthroughs/ code reviews of other team members’ components, test plans and results and help them with gaps
