• Minimum 4 years’ experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Be able to work as an individual contributor and be an Expert at writing automate scripts and be 100% hands on
• Should have automated 1000s of Test cases at various complexity levels and work flows
• Design, implementation and delivery of scalable, maintainable, configurable and robust test automation frameworks.
• Ability to analyze and translate requirements and development stories into test scripts to ensure complete test coverage.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of Web3 technologies to join our dynamic team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence across various platforms while also integrating Web3 concepts to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion leveraging platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging Web3 platforms.
2. Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content (text, image, video, and interactive) tailored to each platform and audience while aligning with the company's brand voice and values.
3. Community Engagement: Build and nurture a strong community of followers, customers, and advocates through active participation, timely responses, and community management initiatives.
4. Web3 Integration: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Web3 technologies such as blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and decentralized applications (DApps). Integrate Web3 concepts into social media strategies to engage with the crypto community and explore innovative marketing approaches.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze key insights, and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment of social media efforts with broader marketing objectives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
4. Knowledge of Web3 technologies such as blockchain, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and decentralized applications.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies accordingly.

What we are looking for:

• Optimises UI designs and tests for intuitiveness and user-centeredness.  Conduct usability testing to identify gaps in design and see if they can be further improved.
