Job Objectives:

• Lead the design of efficient power evacuation systems to integrate solar power plants with the national or regional grid.
• Design the layout of transmission lines, substations, step-up transformers, and switchgear for large-scale solar projects.
• Perform load flow studies, short circuit studies, and other electrical analyses to ensure the robustness of evacuation systems.
• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of power evacuation systems, ensuring they are aligned with project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Coordinate with external consultants, EPC contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of the power evacuation systems.
• Ensure that all evacuation designs are compliant with local, national, and international standards (such as IEC, IEEE).
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical specialists.
• Work closely with project managers, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely execution.

• Experience in design and architecture.
• Sales cloud and service cloud expertise.
• Multi brand, and associated security model is a key problem statement.
• Channel integration using LWC is also a big topic of design discussions

Qualifications

• Masters in Marketing / Business Administration or related field.

• You have strong experience in Growth Hacking, Social Media/ Viral Marketing, managing demand generation & the customer acquisition funnel and performance marketing.
• You have good knowledge of Campaign Management Tools (e.g., Active Campaign), and Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

      Role

You will be responsible for taking a look at customer growth, acquisition, and activation. Furthermore, you are going to play a role in customer retention and up-selling (the process of selling existing customers additional products or services).

• Lead a team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including performance marketing, events, social media marketing, product marketing and partnerships   
• Create and implement the marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand building activities, mid-term lead generation and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targets     
• Using data and analytics for decision making and measuring marketing effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth

• Translate product designs and features into high-quality code within project constraints through diligent planning and attention to detail.

• Strong knowledge of Android design principles, patterns, and best practices.
  Good problem-solving skills and verse with OOPs fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and a solid understanding of Android SDK and other components (MVP/MVVM, Architecture components, Jetpack, Dagger, RxJava, Coroutines, Data binding, Retrofit, etc).
• Knowledge of clean architecture and its implementation.
• Proficient with developing apps optimized for different android versions and devices of varying performance.
• Strong system design and architecture skills.
• Experience with multi-threading, memory management, databases.
• Experience in working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, etc.
• Experience/Knowledge of unit testing and integration testing.
