What you’ll be doing

As the Officer/Manager – Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, nurturing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with prospects and clients. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring you to work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to craft and present compelling solutions to potential clients. You will represent the brand, close deals, and help shape the organization's growth trajectory

You will be responsible for…

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting - Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.

2. Pipeline Management & Sales Closure - Own the full sales cycle: pitch, negotiate, and close deals.

3. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances - Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and channels

. 4. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis - Gather insights to inform product positioning and sales strategy.

5. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams -Work with marketing and product to align offerings with market demand

. 6. Client On boarding & Handover - Ensure a smooth transition of closed deals to delivery/account teams.

7. Reporting & Documentation - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.

Hiring Technical Lead

You will scale and lead Procol’s engineering teams. You’ll be instrumental in driving the product vision and will be responsible for hiring, developing and leading engineers to seamlessly execute our technical roadmap.

Job Description:

MySQL - DBA L3 Support

• 7 -10  years of experience in MySQL, handled multiple versions & flavors of MySQL servers both for standalone & enterprise version, Data center and VM/Cloud setup.
• Strong database Configuration and troubleshooting / problem solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of database backup and recovery concepts and practices.
• Enabling disabling scheduled Jobs on MySQL Server
• Work with Dev and DevOps engineers to ensure that all needed data is gathered and provided to them for any performance issues
• Experience in managing both on-prem DB as well as VM / cloud based DBs
• Maintenance of backups (perform backups, monitor backup, report obsolete backups)
• Maintenance of user access (creating user accounts, dropping user accounts, granting privileges)
• Maintenance of log and trace files (remove, initialize, archive them)
• Knowledge on SQL scripts
• Managing Database administration includes Daily health checks, Database tuning, Query optimization & Backup & Replication

Responsibilities

• Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store, including store appearance, display of merchandise, product placement, story layout, and selling procedures
• Ensure strategic goals and sales targets of the store are met by maximizing sales and gross profit, reviewing sales performance, controlling expenses, and managing inventory
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise staff
• Provide staff with feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate daily staffing and staffing schedules
• Ensure the store complies with outlined safety policies and proceduces, as well as state and local health regulations
• Make sure wages, work hours, and equal employment opportunities are upheld according to federal and state laws
• Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of all store operations, including the timely submission of all personnel paperwork, preparing and submitting reports, and monitoring sales receipts and cash
• Monitor stock and inventory, and perform quality assurance of merchandise on a regular basis

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent education.
• 1 years of retail sales required; retail management experience and a college degree preferred
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Experience with interviewing, hiring and evaluating candidates, and assessing employee performance
• Basic math skills sufficient to complete orders, calculate inventory, and manage cash registers
• Ability to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry products in order to perform and cover all workfloor duties
• Able to give clear directions and set expectations for staff
