Job Title : UI/UX Designer (with 3D Animation)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer with strong 3D animation skills to design engaging web and mobile experiences.

Mandatory Skills : UI/UX Design, Figma, 3D Animation (Blender/Cinema4D/Maya), Motion Graphics (After Effects/Lottie), Prototyping, Design Systems, Responsive & Accessible Design.

Responsibilities :

• End-to-end UI/UX design (wireframes, prototypes, design systems).
• Create & integrate 3D assets/animations for interactive user experiences.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering for smooth implementation.

Requirements :

• 3+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Blender/Cinema4D/Maya, Lottie/After Effects.
• Good understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Strong communication & collaboration skills.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data science, marketing analytics, or applied measurement, with 4+ years directly managing and developing data scientists.
• Deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM): methodology, tooling, business integration, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong working knowledge of marketing attribution, incrementality testing, and causal inference methods (geo-testing, diff-in-diff, synthetic controls, uplift modeling).
• Experience with performance forecasting and budget optimization in a marketing context.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of data scientists—setting direction, developing careers, and maintaining a high bar for quality and impact.
• Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Strong executive communication skills: comfortable presenting complex methodology and business implications to senior marketing and business leaders.
• Deep proficiency in SQL and Python or R; experience operating in production analytics environments.
• Comfort operating in a globally distributed team environment with US-based counterparts.

Nice to Have

• Experience at a high-growth Indian consumer tech company
• Exposure to offline marketing analytics, brand measurement, or upper-funnel attribution.
• Experience scaling and modernizing legacy marketing measurement infrastructure.
• Familiarity with dbt, Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, or comparable data infrastructure.
• Experience building or managing analytics teams across multiple geographies.

Be it legal, accounting, tax or secretarial. As the Zolvit 360 PM, you will ensure Zolvit 360 is accurate, easy to use, and consistently engaging to drive monthly active users (MAU).

Key Responsibilities

1. Use Your Domain Expertise:

●    Apply your knowledge of Indian compliances to shape Zolvit 360’s features and workflows.

●    Spot opportunities for AI automation to make compliance filing simpler and faster.

●    Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure Zolvit 360 evolves to meet the latest requirements.

2. Build a Great Product:

●    Own the product roadmap, ensuring every update adds value and solves real user problems.

●    Work with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality features, on time.

●    Listen to users through feedback and research to improve the product.

●    Track product performance using analytics tools to measure success and make adjustments as needed.

3. Deliver Business Value:

●    Create opportunities for cross-sell, so that users discover and purchase other compliance services

Collaborate with sales and compliance delivery teams to drive adoption.

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Qualifications:

●    Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of product management experience

●    Alternatively, 2–3 years of product management experience in compliance-tech, with a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape.

We are looking for a Frontend Developer. As a Frontend Developer, you should be comfortable with Front-end languages, Frameworks, and third-party Libraries. You should also be a team playerwith a a knack for visual design and utility.

Responsibilities:

• Work with development teams and product managers in agile methodology
• Design client-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role.
