IT Sales Executive

• Minimum 1-3 year of experience in sales, business development
• Having good knowledge of software sales
• Ability to demonstrate & present CRM & other software to prospect & provide full fledge training to them.
• Responsible for IT Sales(software) for B2B
• 2 Year of experience in B2B sales.
• Generate leads through various marketing activities such as cold calling, references and various online sources
• Client meetings with Negotiation closure

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to design, implement, test, and continually improve scalable frontend and backend services.
• Develop products using agile methods and tools.
• Develop commercial-grade software that is user-friendly and suitable for a global audience.
• Plan, create, and execute (manual and automated) tests.
• Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle.
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Staying up to date with current technologies and providing insights on cutting-edge software approaches, architectures, and vendors.
• Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when architecting solutions.

We are looking for a Frontend developer who is proficient with React.js with Html and CSS. The primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them, following well-known React.js workflows such as Redux. The developer would ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.

Job Description

Key Skills Required:

● Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, CSS3 Animations.

● Good understanding of advanced JS libraries and frameworks such as React.js and Angular.

● Understanding of client-side unidirectional data flow principles and Redux knowledge.

● A good understanding of - React Native - is a big plus.

● UI Performance: should have hands-on experience of optimizing page load, rendering,caching.

● NodeJS, Webpack knowledge is a plus.

● Proficient understanding of cross browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues.

● Fluent in responsive design and mobile / tablet UI / UX.

● Web mobile (touch devices: mobiles and tablets) experience is expected.

● Familiarity with JavaScript standards(ES5,ES6) and OOPS concepts.

Technical Skills needed:

• WebSphere Developers with Sr experience.
• Strong knowledge of WebShere Commerce v8.x (preferred) application development
• Strong knowledge of web application development using enterprise Java technologies and frameworks
• Strong knowledge building WebSphere Commerce applications using Web Sphere Commerce Build and Deployment (WCBD) is preferred
• Experience with AWS hosted applications is preferred. Knowledge of working on EC2, ELB, RDS services preferred.
• Experience with Ant, Maven build scripts and Jenkins based CI/CD process
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripts
• Hands on experience with web service technologies including SOAP, REST, JCA, Jax-ws preferred
• Strong knowledge of specific Java technologies including JSP, JSTL, JDBC and JAXB is preferred
• Strong familiarity using SVN/GIT/BitBucket for source code management is preferred
• Strong knowledge of profiling techniques, memory management and performance tuning is preferred
• Experience tuning Websphere commerce Solr Indexing and Stage Prop Process highly desirable
