Job Responsibilities:
✅ Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calls, and online inquiries.
- Pitch Vijyapana's advertising services to businesses, brands, schools, colleges, hospitals, and corporate offices.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals with new and existing clients.
✅ Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Address customer queries and provide suitable advertising solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating with the design and production teams.
✅ Lead Management & Reporting:
- Maintain an organized database of leads and client interactions.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert them into paying customers.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
✔️ Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in advertising, media, or B2B sales.
✔️ Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
✔️ Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools, social media, and digital marketing is a plus.
✔️ Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
✔️ Languages: Proficiency in [Mention languages required].
