Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to manage and support cybersecurity compliance, GRC, risk assessments, audits, and client engagements. The candidate will evaluate security controls, identify compliance gaps, review evidence, and provide practical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Compliance Audits, Gap Assessments, and Risk Assessments.
• Assess controls against ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27701, ISO 42001, HIPAA, GDPR, DPDP, etc.
• Review policies, procedures, controls, and audit evidence.
• Identify gaps, risks, observations, and recommend remediation.
• Prepare Risk Registers, SoA, Control Matrices, Audit Reports, and Compliance Reports.
• Support clients during certification, surveillance, and external audits.
• Conduct client meetings, interviews, and control walkthroughs.
• Coordinate evidence collection and remediation tracking.
• Develop and review information security policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with cybersecurity standards, regulations, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Information Security, GRC, Risk & Compliance.
• Good knowledge of ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2.
• Understanding of cybersecurity controls, IT infrastructure, cloud security, IAM, vulnerability management, and security operations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to independently manage client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in GRC, IT Audit, Cybersecurity Compliance, or Consulting.
• Certifications such as ISO 27001 LA/LI, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or relevant GRC certifications are preferred.

We’re hiring a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to join as our first technical hire and help turn our operational edge into scalable software. You’ll work directly with the founding team to:

* Build internal and guest-facing tools in React

* Develop a Node.js backend to power core workflows

* Integrate with property management software APIs (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway, Airbnb)

* Implement and extend functionality using AI APIs like OpenAI (required)

Our Stack

* Frontend: React

* Backend: Node.js (Express or similar)

* Database: MongoDB or Postgres

* APIs: REST/GraphQL, PMS integrations

* AI: OpenAI API and related services

Must-Have Skills

* 2+ years of full-stack development experience

* Strong proficiency in React and Node.js

* Demonstrated experience integrating external APIs (especially SaaS or PMS platforms)

* Familiarity working with OpenAI or other AI APIs

* Ability to work independently and ship quickly

Nice to Have

* Background in hospitality, rentals, or operational software

* Experience building dashboards or guest lifecycle tools

* Bonus: Prior experience with Guesty, Hostaway, or PMS APIs

• Looking for individual proficient in Salesforce Lightning Web Components(LWC), APEX, Admin.
• Hands on experience on Sales and Service Cloud.

Technical Lead (Embedded Software - Linux)

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team of software/Linux development engineers working on microcontroller firmware development, Linux platform drivers and IOT solutions. Should be able to guide team members, resolve technical roadblocks and deliver project commitments. Will be the go-to person and first-level escalation point for all technical issues faced by the team. Looking for someone with 6+ years in the embedded industry and a passion to build a core team in a growing company. Team size will vary from 6 to 12 people, mainly firmware and Linux engineers.

The selected candidate for this role will be reporting to the software director/manager in the organization.

• Work with firmware and application architects to create a project execution plan
• Review project proposals for execution scope & timelines
• Lead embedded software development activities by the team
• Work with QA teams to resolve bugs and ensure release readiness
• Work with h/w design and PM teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects

The main responsibilities of this role are:

Technical:

• Strong programming skills (C, C++, assembly)
• Linux development experience (porting & platform drivers)
• Expert-level knowledge of embedded microcontroller & microprocessor-based systems
• Prior experience in delivering critical modules for microcontroller projects
• Good understanding of commonly used embedded communication protocols
• Good understanding of common embedded peripherals, interfaces & sensors
• Experience working on Real-Time systems (RTOS)
