Job Title: SDET Engineer

Roles & Responsibility:

The QA Engineer will be responsible test plan development, execution, and results tracking as a member of a diverse, globally distributed team. The candidate will conduct in-depth application and workflow testing, as well as provide QA leadership and feedback to a diverse globally distributed team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Software Developers, and other QA personnel.

· Collaborating with cross-functional agile team members to understand project requirements/user stories and translate them into comprehensive test plans and test cases.

· Designing, developing, and maintaining manual and automated test scripts, with focus on creating effective and reusable test scripts.

· Working closely with developers and product owners to identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects, and ensure timely resolution.

Requirement-

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven 5+ Years experience in automation testing for web and backend applications.

- Must have experience with API testing tools - Rest Assured.

- Knowledge of automation testing frameworks.

- Experience with JAVA-Selenium

- Understanding of basic SQL queries to validate data in the databases

- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Prior experience with trading applications or core financial services related applications is a big plus.

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues regarding products or services.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Analyze customer issues to determine root causes and provide effective solutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or development teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively assist customers.
• Stay updated on product updates, features, and enhancements to provide accurate information to customers.
• Communicate technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner, avoiding technical language when not necessary.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their technical issues and expected resolution times.
• Ensure that customer inquiries and issues are handled with high quality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and quality assurance to communicate customer feedback and improve products and services.
• Assist in training new team members on product knowledge and support processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to technical support.

• External (referral, portal, campus, contact conversion)
• Screening the sourced profile and taking face to face interviews of candidates in pipeline.
• Lining up candidates according to the parameters and Requirement
• Interview coordination
• Achieving and exceeding the set Hiring targets

• Managing coordination, mass hiring, and initial screening
• Coordinating with the Stakeholders
• Must be good in Negotiation Skills

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• 80-100 closures per month
• Must have done bulk hiring (Blue collar)
• Willing to come with a target oriented area in terms up completion of hiring given for a month.

As an Accounts Manager at Alt Mobility, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance and accounting functions.  We are a sustainable electric mobility Leasing Company and are looking for like-minded individuals who have prior experience in financing/lending businesses.

Location: Delhi NCR (In-Office Role)

Primary responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions related to sales, expenses, and assets.
• Preparing quarterly financial statements for reporting to multiple stakeholders such as Investors, Lenders etc.
• Support the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes and coordinate with Statutory Auditors.
• Assist in the preparation, review and finalisation of monthly budgets, cash flow forecasts and variation analysis.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial processes and controls.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on financial strategies and business growth.

Qualifications:

• CA with minimum experience of 3 years (post qualification) or 12 years experience having a Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role, preferably in a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) directly or while working at a reputed CA Firm.
• Hands-on experience or ability to work on Zoho Software (accounting software).

• Reviews design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the software product.
• Preparation of test data and execution of test cases (including functional, system, regression, performance, API and database layer etc.)
• Identifies appropriate processes, parameters, functions, and data to test and validate; parameters may include general function, the validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead and participate in test case reviews with Business, Developers, other team members
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• When a product does not perform within specifications, reporting defects to programmers while identifying and recommending solutions, improvements, and updates.
• Identifies, logs, and recreates error codes, bugs, and defects.
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
• Investigate production issues
• Conducts testing to ensure products perform according to product requirements and within established guidelines.
