Junior Product Designer

As we scale new products, verticals, and partnerships, we’re looking for a Chief of Staff who can operate fast, force-multiply the leadership team and make sure the company moves fast without breaking things

This is a high-trust, high-ownership role for someone who loves context-switching, solving problems before they escalate and turning chaos into clarity.

What You’ll Own:

1. Strategic Thought Partnership

• Work directly with the Founder as a thinking partner: ideating, problem-solving, and pressure-testing decisions.
• Break down ambiguous problems, run analyses, and translate them into clear recommendations.
• Turn strategy into actionable OKRs and ensure org-wide alignment on priorities.

2. Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead and manage high-impact projects end to end, new product launches, partnerships, special initiatives, internal transformations, etc.
• Build project plans, dashboards, and execution frameworks that keep things moving without constant follow-ups.
• Track deliverables, ensure accountability, and keep momentum across all workstreams.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with Design, Product, Engineering, Growth, HR, and Operations to ensure everyone is aligned and moving in sync.
• Drive clarity in communication, eliminate bottlenecks, and make sure teams understand expectations and deadlines.

4. People & Talent Support

• Source, screen, and onboard top candidates for key roles across the org.
• Partner with recruiters to ensure critical roles are filled and projects stay on track.

5. Rapid Problem-Solving & Firefighting

• Jump into urgent tasks when required fixing escalations, unlocking decisions, and unblocking teams.
• Solve issues before they reach the Founder’s desk, while keeping all stakeholders informed.

• 4-7+ years in consulting / founder’s office/ chief of staff / strategy roles.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS 

• ∙ BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field. 
• ∙ Minimum 3+ years of iOS application development. 
• ∙ Build iOS applications from scratch and have an understanding of working with 3rd Party frameworks using Cocoapod as a dependency manager. 

KEY SKILLS 

• ∙ Strong knowledge of iOS SDK, UIKit , Swift and having knowledge of socket.IO is a plus. 
• ∙ Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services. ∙ Familiarity with Push Notification APIs. 
• ∙ Knowledge of the open-source iOS ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks. 

Job Overview: As an Oracle EBS Consultant/Developer, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the solutions meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle EBS modules.
• Configure and customize Oracle EBS applications, including Financials, Supply Chain, and HRMS.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, and workflows using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of solutions.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS applications and related integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solutions.
• Stay current with Oracle EBS updates and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite modules, particularly in [specific modules relevant to your organization].
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and workflow customization is a plus.
• Understanding of database management and performance tuning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle EBS certification is a plus.

Work with founders to define product strategy and roadmap
Prioritise and plan features for development. Come up with prioritisation framework suited to company needs and balancing impact vs effort
Build strong customer empathy and incorporate same while working with UX and Design teams
Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to the key partners
Own product lifecycle from idea, design, research , competitive analysis, positioning, roadmap, development, go to market, launch and success
Define and measure success metrics for the product
Talk to customers, gather business insights and come up with new product ideas for a multi-product strategy
Be a product evangelist inside and outside the organisation. Represent company in product or domain specific conferences and events


Qualifications
Over 3 years of hands on experience in Product Management
Good understanding of web based architecture and APIs
Good understanding of UX framework and experience on UI design

As a content writer, you’ll be working with product and marketing teams to create valuable content to educate and wow our customers. Your work will have you fiddling with taglines on website pages, writing blog posts for feature announcements, writing content for our consumer and SaaS applications, putting together thought leadership posts for guest publications, sketching educational collateral, framing scripts for feature videos, building presentations to better explain features, and so on.

• Reviews design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the software product.
• Preparation of test data and execution of test cases (including functional, system, regression, performance, API and database layer etc.)
