Roles and Responsibilities
Product Design & Development
- Design innovative, user-friendly, and visually appealing product interfaces and experiences.
- Leverage creative methodologies to streamline and optimize current product workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product functionality and usability.
Content Design & Visuals
- Develop impactful designs for product packaging, features, and presentations.

Creative Strategy & Branding
- Establish and implement comprehensive brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all touch points.

Leadership & Collaboration

Campaign Execution & Impact

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar creative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Creative Thinking: Proven track record of producing innovative designs and strategies.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor a team while collaborating across departments.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to present ideas and designs effectively.
- Attention to Detail: A strong eye for detail and the ability to deliver polished, high-quality outputs.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with design systems, usability principles, and product workflows is a plus.
