Position: Business Development Executive

Shift Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM - Monday to Saturday (Remote)

We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.

• 0 - 3 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Responsibilities :

- Execute and drive multiple UI UX projects by diagnosing business and user needs.

- Apply all pieces of user-centred design methodology and processes.

- Plan and conduct primary and secondary research.

- Convert user insights into concept designs that are not only compelling but are contrasting ideas looking at business challenges from varied angles.

- Design and manage all interaction design activities including visual design coordination with global designers.

- Present design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong experience design principles and rationale.

- Coordinate with technology teams to bring designs to a pixel-perfect reality.

- Manage communications at all levels and be responsible for project deliverables with quality and on time.

- A clear and effective presentation style to inform and influence important design decisions and maintain credibility.

- Create wireframes and visual design mockups as needed in order to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed user interaction behaviors

- Create or advise on content architecture and navigation design, Design page level layout, page flow, and task fulfilment

- Conduct user research and synthesize findings

- Define and distill complex user requirements

- Design digital products and service processes

- Conduct usability testing

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Communicate design solutions.

What We're Looking For :

- A relevant design degree, or equivalent work experience in UI UX is required

- 2+ years of experience with enterprise or design-oriented systems

- Familiar with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- Knowledgeable about HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; able to demonstrate how technical constraints and opportunities inform design solutions

- Portfolios demonstrate your expertise and experience is required

- You are able to communicate design rationale effectively in both oral and written forms, influence others, and find innovative solutions to problems.

- In the past, work has involved cross-functional collaboration with designers, product managers, software engineers, and end users.

- You have the ability to contribute to design strategy and build strong relationships across stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience
2. 2+ years of practical experience in Native Android Development
3. 2+ years of experience using Kotlin/Java
4. Experience developing highly performant code and view layouts and the ability to diagnose performance bottlenecks
5. Designing applications with latest frameworks and architecture such as MVVM, etc.
6. An excellent understanding of best practices for concurrency and threading is a big plus
7. A disciplined approach to development, testing, documentation and code structure in a team environment
8. A constant desire to improve, learn more and take things higher
9. Having worked with the Realm database and dagger is a big plus.

• Leveraging customer insights to anticipate needs and obstacles within the path to purchase and designing strategies to target the obstacles and share knowledge with key stakeholders
• Interpreting the user journey to better understand and improve the customer experience (through digital engagements) and touch points that move consumers down the funnel to increase conversions
• Resolving gaps in the total customer experience to optimize the experience
• Facilitating the buying journey for products and/or services by understanding the key benefits of the offers
• Developing illustrations, logos and other designs
• Using the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
• Working closely with the marketing and production team to produce final design
• Amending designs after feedback
• Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven graphic designing experience of 3-7 years
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premier Photoshop)
• Good at developing illustrations, logos, and other designs
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

1. Ensure the brand image is maintained through various collaterals
2. Execution and quick turnaround of collaterals as required by the marketing and sales teams including advertising collaterals, primary packaging, secondary packaging, brand collaterals in-store and otherwise, online banners, etc.
3. Guiding outsourced digital marketing teams on design aesthetic and brand DNA
4. Supervision of printing of packaging material and coordination with vendors for the same e.g. to ensure that colors on the screen are printed on physical labels etc.

Education Qualifications:

Minimum Graduate, Design Course diploma or degree preferred    

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in accounts
• Deep knowledge of software like Adobe Photoshop, AI, etc.
• A keen eye for design, colors and aesthetic
• Ability to communicate strongly Hindi and English
•
