Role Overview
We’re looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping stories. You’ll work on short-form and long-form content that feels native to Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn—not recycled TV edits.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn clips) and long-form content
- Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and motion elements where needed
- Maintain pacing, storytelling, and brand consistency
- Repurpose long videos into high-performing short clips
- Collaborate with content and growth teams on concepts and formats
- Experiment with trends while keeping edits clean and purposeful
- Deliver edits on tight timelines without compromising quality
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
- Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and narrative flow
- Understanding of platform-specific formats and attention spans
- Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and improve each cut
- Basic knowledge of color correction and audio cleanup
- Portfolio or sample edits are mandatory (personal projects count)
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Motion graphics or animated text skills
- Experience editing podcasts or talking-head content
- Understanding of content performance and retention metrics

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who understands that design is not decoration—it’s decision-making. You’ll be shaping how users think, feel, and move through our product. Your work will sit at the intersection of psychology, aesthetics, and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile products
