Role Overview
We’re looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping stories. You’ll work on short-form and long-form content that feels native to Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn—not recycled TV edits.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn clips) and long-form content
- Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and motion elements where needed
- Maintain pacing, storytelling, and brand consistency
- Repurpose long videos into high-performing short clips
- Collaborate with content and growth teams on concepts and formats
- Experiment with trends while keeping edits clean and purposeful
- Deliver edits on tight timelines without compromising quality
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
- Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and narrative flow
- Understanding of platform-specific formats and attention spans
- Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and improve each cut
- Basic knowledge of color correction and audio cleanup
- Portfolio or sample edits are mandatory (personal projects count)

- Motion graphics or animated text skills
- Experience editing podcasts or talking-head content
- Understanding of content performance and retention metrics

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visuals that stop the scroll. You’ll work closely with content, marketing, and product teams to create designs that are bold, clean, and internet-savvy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Meta ads)
- Create visual assets for blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and campaigns
- Develop brand-consistent templates, thumbnails, and carousels
- Collaborate with content and growth teams to convert ideas into visuals
- Experiment with trends, formats, and styles without losing brand clarity
- Deliver designs quickly while maintaining quality
What We’re Looking For
- Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
- Solid understanding of typography, color, spacing, and composition
- Ability to think conceptually, not just execute briefs
- Awareness of Gen-Z / internet design trends
- Can take feedback, iterate fast, and still defend good design choices
- Portfolio or sample work is mandatory (college projects count)

What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile products

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and founders
- Build and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability

What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and usability
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
