About the Role-
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team, primarily focusing on recruitment and hiring. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and develop essential HR skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database.
Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the HR team.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with job posting platforms.
