Senior FrontEnd Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications

• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into intuitive UI/UX

• Optimize applications for performance, security, SEO, and scalability

• Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues across the frontend stack

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with modern frameworks like React.js/Next.js

• Experience consuming REST/GraphQL APIs

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Styled Components and responsive design principles

• Knowledge of version control (Git)

• Familiarity with build tools and CI/CD pipelines

• Understanding of web performance,accessibility and SEO best practices

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

·  4 – 5 years of experience in Front end development

·  2 years of experience using React and Redux

·  3 years of experience in using HTML, CSS

·  1 year of experience in any of the Headless CMS such as Ghost or Strapi or Cockpit.

·  2+ years using JavaScript consuming, displaying and updating data using Web APIs (JSON).

·  2+ years of experience using Material UI and JSS.

Work Profile

• Delivering a complete front end application in AgularJS
• Ensuring high performance on mobile and browser with reusable and modular components spanning cross multiple projects
• Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself
• Integrate with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
• Communicating with external web services for 3rd Party tools and services integration

Requirement

• Experience and proficiency with AngularJS, JavaScript and HTML5
• Deep knowledge of AngularJS practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience
• Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
• Ability to provide SEO solutions and optimization
• Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed
• Creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core AngularJS

What You Will Be Doing:

• Create highly responsive B2C web-app using a wide range of open source frontend and backend technology.
• Create single page applications using a wide range of javascript & cutting edge libraries/frameworks.
• Responsible for the full lifecycle of a project, including development, unit testing, system testing and change management.
• Research technical issues and provides recommendations to enhance JavaScript products.
• Manage/Lead a team of 10+ javascript fullstack developers to handle a wide range of projects across different products.
• Code reviews, Overall project estimations, Estimation reviews, Project planning.
• Interact with stakeholders for the development requirements gathering.
• Layout a technical career growth plan for the team members.
• Working with multiple projects.

 What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferably from IIT,NIT & other premier institutes.
• Rockstar Javascript developer, who appreciates the intricacies of JS as well as passionate to follow new trends in JS.
• Experience with product companies.
• 9-12 yrs of software development on advanced JavaScript stack (Native Javascript, Asynchronous Request Handling, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, etc).
• 2-4 yrs of experience in leading and mentoring a team. 
• In-depth knowledge in ReactJS & NodeJS
• Proficiency in any other modern web frameworks will be a plus.
• A solid knowledge of advanced data structures & algorithms.
• Proficient in Computer Science fundamentals & object-oriented design.
• Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to tackle those.
• Must possess a track record of building Single Page responsive UI.
• Experience with Databases such as NoSQL and any RDBMS will be a plus.
• Experience with transport protocols such as TCP, HTTP & WebSocket.
• Expressing and appreciating design patterns is a real addition.
• Critical of coding practices and development methodologies.

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Transition existing React web apps to React Native.

• Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax.
• Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming
• Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code
• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio.
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
• Experience with automated testing suites, like (Jest or Mocha)

• Design and code features for the website application as per the specifications provided by the Product and Design teams.
• Ship features in fast-moving agile sprints.
• Work closely with Backend, Product Design, and Product Management teams to brainstorm and chalk out details of features.
• Ability to build a feature from scratch & drive it to completion

Must have:

• Good understanding of Javascript and Clean architecture.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming, callback, and closures.
• Strong experience with Javascript frontend framework/libraries like ReactJS
• Understanding of stateless application
• Good knowledge of CSS and its pre-processors like SASS/LESS
• Good understanding of server-side templates.
• Experience with creating cross-browser compatible web apps
• Should be Strong in MySql / Postgres database.
• Stronghold in Data structure and processing JSON

Good to have

• Basic knowledge of CI, CD
• Intermediate knowledge in any cloud services(AWS, GCP)
