Senior Automation QA Engineer

For this role, we’re looking for a Key Account Manager who can build and scale our vendor base in India. It’s not a traditional account management role - there’s a strong hunting component. You’ll identify and close new vendors, negotiate commercials, onboard them, and then grow their business on Fleek.

The role is Delhi-based, on-site and field-heavy, so you’ll spend significant time meeting vendors and visiting supply hubs.

We’re looking for someone with around 3–5 years of experience in KAM, vendor/seller management, B2B growth or marketplaces, ideally someone who has directly owned acquisition and commercial numbers.

Strong Junior GenAI / AI Backend Engineer Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 1.5+ years of full time expeirence in software development using LLMs (OpenAI / Gemini / similar) in projects (internship / full-time / strong personal projects)

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong coding skills in Python and hands-on backend development experience (FastAPI / Django preferred)

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have built or contributed to AI/LLM-based applications, such as chatbots, copilots, document processing tools, etc.

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have basic understanding of RAG concepts (embeddings, vector DBs, retrieval)

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience building APIs or backend services and integrating with external systems

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have AI/LLM projects clearly mentioned in CV (with what was built, not just tools used)

• 5 to 6 years and 2 to 3 Years in RPA  - Business analyst
• Analyse, understand, and review existing business process documentation to ensure the complete processes steps documented.
• Participate in various types of interviews, meetings, or workshops to define, design, and configure automation solutions.
• Support the creation and maintenance of solution documentation (process definition document, solution design document, user manual, process estimation etc).
• Help with the creation and documentation of test procedures and scenarios prior to launch User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Job Description:

A sales development representative (SDR) is responsible for outbound sales prospecting for the Enterprise segment. Rather than trying to close deals, his/her work revolves around generating and qualifying new leads and moving them through the sales pipeline, until they’re ready to talk to the account executives/sales closers. He/she has to validate and screen potential customers given by LDRs (Lead Development Representatives) who can benefit from our products. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs should have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, understand key pain points, start new relationships, and set our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly. Role & Responsibilities

• Generate Sales Qualified Opportunities from various lead generating channels through LDRs, LinkedIn, Company Reports and profiles etc.,
• Design email campaigns (persona wise) to generate interest in the leads.
• Do discovery meetings to understand the pain points of the prospects.
• Do email/calls to the target audience to generate interest and fix demo appointments.
• Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
• Build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps.
• Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree from an accredited University with relevant 0-2 years of sales experience.
• Must have strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills across a variety of channels (email, social media, phone, etc.)
• Should showcase a target-oriented approach toward his/her work.
• Possess a research-oriented approach to identifying opportunities.
• Prior automotive experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• 5+ years of working experience in the technologies like Angular6 or higher, NodeJS & MySQL, AWS Cloud Services
