How do you like the idea of owning a product? Do you feel confident partnering with the product team and being informed enough to call the shots? We’re happy to give you that chance.

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with 4–5 years of experience who can think beyond screens and push the product forward. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional, user-centric experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with product managers and stakeholders to define product strategy, requirements, and user goals.
• Lead user research interviews, usability tests, and data interpretation, translating insights into actionable design decisions.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visually polished interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Drive design direction while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Develop detailed user personas, journeys, flows, information architecture, and interaction models.
• Conduct end-to-end usability testing and iterate designs based on findings.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate design implementation and resolve UI/UX challenges.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, evolving UX patterns, and new tools and technologies, bringing fresh thinking to the team.
• Provide mentorship, design critiques, and guidance to junior designers to maintain overall design quality.
• Advocate for user-centered thinking across the organization and influence product decisions through design expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4–5 years of solid UI/UX design experience, with a strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking.
• Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and UX research methods.
• Excellent visual design sensibility with a strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and design systems.
• Proven ability to turn complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Experience designing for responsive, mobile-first environments; familiarity with accessibility standards is a plus.

• This is a 100% work-from-office internship opportunity based in Pune.

We’re looking for a UI Design Intern who’s passionate about turning ideas into clean, engaging, and intuitive digital interfaces. You’ll collaborate with our experienced design team, contributing to real projects, and learning how to craft user interfaces that delight users. If you love designing visually appealing screens, experimenting with layouts and interactions, and learning fast, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with our design team to translate project goals into visually compelling user interfaces.
• Assist in creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design user interfaces that are visually consistent, intuitive, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
• Build visual moodboards, screen designs, and clickable flows for web and mobile experiences.
• Help maintain and improve our design system for consistency across projects.
• Stay curious and explore the latest UI design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to speed up the design process while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Take constructive feedback to improve your designs and grow your skills every day.

What we are looking for:

• Pursuing a degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong interest in UI design and visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy).
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Framer, or similar UI design software.
• Portfolio or samples of previous design work (academic or personal projects) are mandatory.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
• Passion for creating interfaces that are both beautiful and functional.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with XML-based web services (SOAP, REST).
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) for XML data storage.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN).
• Understanding of JSON and other data interchange formats.
• Certifications in XML technologies are a plus.
