Product Designer - AI SaaS Platform

Paid Media Strategy & Execution ■ Plan, launch, and manage performance campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels ■ Own budget allocation across channels and campaigns to hit CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets ■ Continuously test ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and placements to improve efficiency Data-Driven Optimisation ■ Build and maintain dashboards to track spend, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and cohort payback across apps ■ Run rigorous A/B tests on creatives, funnels, and landing pages; translate results into action ■ Partner with Data and Analytics teams to build attribution models and MMM frameworks Cross-Functional Collaboration ■ Work with Creative and Design teams to brief and produce high-performing ad assets at scale ■ Partner with Product on landing pages, onboarding flows, and in-app funnels to lift conversion ■ Collaborate with Finance on budget planning, forecasting, and marketing ROI reporting Market & Competitive Intelligence ■ Track platform, auction, and privacy changes (iOS/Android) that impact acquisition performance ■ Monitor competitor campaigns and positioning across live streaming, gaming, and social apps ■ Identify new channels and networks (influencer, affiliate, programmatic) worth testing

• Strong Product, UI/UX Designer Profile, with a focus on B2B SaaS/ Enterprise Products
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Product design, with a strong track record in B2B SaaS
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have experience in designing for complex domains such as automation platforms, low-code platforms, data management tools etc
• Mandatory (Tools) – Proficient in Figma and familiar with modern design tools such as Notion, Framer, Webflow, Builder.io, Zapier, Replit, Lovable.
• Mandatory (Portfolio) – Strong portfolio showcasing case studies, user research and UX work for B2B Enterprise SaaS products

Preferred

• Preferred (Products) – Experience with or understanding of platforms like Atlan, Retool, Perplexity, Claude, Zapier, or similar.
• Preferred (Domain Expertise) – Deep understanding of at least one vertical: automation, low code, or data engineering, AI agents able to handle backend integration and schema workflows.

 Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and generate high-quality leads through cold calling. Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and monitor progress. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and customer interactions.

Desired Profile:

1-2 years of experience in lead generation or sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a solid firmware testing professional who can intuitively develop test plans and test tools as needed.

This individual will be accountable for driving day-to-day execution and must be able to understand the existing system and its implementation, then architect test strategy and tools to ensure solid deliverables for external customers.

Design and drive integration and test effort Work with system/software/hardware engineers to understand system requirements and limitations to see through what needs to be tested. Prioritize test effort and development as our deliverable plans may be adjusted Proactively learn our system design and implementation to drive test effort along with each milestone.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in test-in-loop development (SIL, HIL).

Proficiency with VISA instrument drivers.

Hands-on experience with lab equipment, especially Mixed Domain Oscilloscopes (MDO).

Strong expertise in embedded systems, including hardware and software components.

Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation of test processes.

Familiarity with Jenkins or other CI/CD frameworks (Azure preferred).

Experience with source control systems, particularly GIT.

General experience in writing and debugging tests.

Background in networking is preferred.

Exposure to DevOps practices and SQL is an advantage.
