
Steps AI is an AI platform that automates customer support and sales for e-commerce brands across websites, WhatsApp, and Instagram. We're looking for a Product Designer to own the complete design experience - from understanding user problems to shipping polished interfaces.
What you'll do:
- Own the design for our web dashboard, chat widgets, and mobile experiences end-to-end
- Map user journeys, define information architecture, and create intuitive flows
- Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Talk to real customers to understand pain points and validate design decisions
- Work directly with engineers and founders to ship fast
- Build and maintain a scalable design system
What we're looking for:
- 1-3 years as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role (SaaS or product company preferred)
- Strong Figma skills - flows, wireframes, prototypes, component libraries
