About the Role
We are looking for an Innovation Lead who can turn ideas into real prototypes, guide a small technical team, and drive AI/ML solutions that push the boundaries. You’ll work across computer vision, deep learning, automation, and experimental R&D projects.
Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a small team of ML/Computer Vision engineers
• Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions
• Build prototypes using Python, OpenCV, TensorFlow/PyTorch
• Work on image processing, object detection, OCR, and real-time CV systems
• Convert business problems into technical approaches and experiments
• Review code, guide architecture decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Stay updated on emerging AI/ML research and bring new ideas to execution

Must-Have Skills
