Must have experience in Mobile App Design.

2 + years of UX & UI & Visual design experience (and the portfolio to prove it) as a key, hands- 
on interaction/visual designer of a UI/UX team through the product development 
cycle of successfully launched web, mobile, and/or software applications. Experience with
standard UCD methodologies
 HFI certification will be huge plus.
 Some one worked on mobile and web application only

1. Conceptualizing visuals that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex user flows
2. Designing the visual identity of digital products.
3. Implementing strategy of typography, iconography, colors, layout
4. Creating responsive design comps on the basis of wireframes
5. Asking smart questions, taking risks and championing new ideas
6. Bringing expert opinion on best-practices, patterns and trends
7. Translating high-level explicit and latent requirements into functional user interfaces
8. Presenting designs and articulating design decisions
9. Communicating design rationale and maintaining consistency throughout the project
10. Executing designs as a part of software development teams

REQUIREMENTS:

• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and researching, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Experience in Education Technology would be great

5. Lead a team of 1 - 2 junior designers on projects
