Koru UX Design is on the lookout for a creative and enthusiastic person to join our team as a UI/UX Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience in working with web and mobile-based applications. Our ideal candidate will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology. As a UI/UX Designer at Koru, you will be responsible to, Create compelling User Interfaces, which are designed keeping in mind the user and their needs. Design intuitive UX deliverables of the web and mobile enterprise applications. Understand the brief and align with the customer's business, its goals and milestones and reflect that in the work done. Participate in brainstorming sessions with the cross-functional teams to generate compelling ideas. Work closely with the Design Lead to ensure that your concepts meet our customer's expectations and will deliver the desired results. Create low to high fidelity mockups with pixel-perfect designs to be handed off to the development team. Work with the development team to ensure pixel perfect outcome of the front end assets. Should be enthusiastic about sharing their ideas and proactively participate and collaborate on projects with the team. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in working on B2C or B2B applications (Web & Mobile). What you will do at Technogise: In a nutshell, you will lead the User Experience Design function at Technogise. Specifically, you will: Facilitate the client's product vision by running UX workshops. In collaboration with the client and the stakeholders, you will run workshops / discussions and guide them to meet the end-user / business needs. You will help the client understand how their product idea will get translated into digital workflows. Create intuitive user experiences and user flows for the applications we build for our clients. This includes research, requirement gathering and analysis... and creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups and brand guidelines for a wide range of devices and interfaces. You will drive lean design principles. Take charge of things and make things happen for the clients within timelines and budget. Conduct End User Research, Usability Testing and Competitor Analysis to help with the evolution of the products. Collaborate everyday with BAs, POs, Devs and QAs on agile teams. At Technogise, you will not be working in a silo. Evangelise Design Thinking or principles and help build more design-oriented culture in Technogise. You will also share your knowledge with the software community at large by conducting Meetups, UX Service Jams, Conferences, Blogs etc. Help ideate and build the branding and marketing content for Technogise. Mentor the other UXers in the team. Educate them around best practices, guidelines, growth path in UX and more. Help them grow. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The expertise we expect you to have: Relevant Experience - You must atleast 7 years of relevant experience in the industry as User Experience Designer. You could have more experience in related fields (UI Design, Graphic Design etc.), but atleast 7yrs of UX experience is a MUST. UX and visual design skills - You must have hands-on experience with user research and UX best practices. You must have expertise in creating seamless wireframes and pixel perfect visual designs. You must have the ability to scope design initiatives accurately, prioritise work items appropriately, and meet project deadlines. Tools - Hands-on experience & in-depth understanding of tools like Sketch, or Figma, or Adobe XD is a must. Your design philosophy - You must have a user-centric approach to design and working. You must have understanding of service design. Familiarity with concepts like Lean UX will be great. Client engagement - You must be adept at facilitating & driving workshops. You must have strong business acumen, ability to relate, understand and interpret client / user needs, proactively drive discussions on how the UX could be better, and maintain transparent communication throughout the evolution of the application. You should be able to sail through the unknowns and bring clarity. Agile experience - You should have worked in an agile ecosystem where iterative deliveries, sprints, scrums, story cards, daily standups etc are the norm. You would be expected to know the whole process in general and have expertise in the area of UX and mock-ups using sketch. You will be communicating directly with clients presenting your ideas and solutions, taking complete ownership of products.
