Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric designs that delight our customers.
Responsibilities:
1) User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to inform design decisions.
2) UI/UX Design:
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces and experiences.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality and design concepts.
3) Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the feasibility and implementation of the design.
4) Testing & Iteration:
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability test results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure that the design aligns with the company's brand identity and guidelines.
- Maintain design consistency across all digital platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer
- Experience with React, Javascript, and Redux. Experience with Node.js, Enzyme, and Jest is a plus

About the role:
We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality products is important.
