We are looking for an experienced 2D Game Artist with expertise in 2D graphics, UI design, and 2D graphics animation for PC and mobile games. The ideal candidate will design intuitive user interfaces, high-quality 2D assets, and engaging motion graphics to enhance player experience and game aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design game UI art for PC and mobile platforms, including menus, HUDs, icons, and overlays.
• Develop user-centered designs to enhance player experience.
• Create 2D graphic assets that align with the game’s visual style.
• Create high-quality 2D assets for in-game UI, buttons, pop-ups, and promotional content.
• Work closely with designers and developers to integrate UI seamlessly.
• Optimize UI layouts for different screen sizes and resolutions.
• Stay updated on game UI/UX trends and best practices.
Requirements:
• 4-5 years of experience in game art and UI/UX design for PC & mobile games.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Spine, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of game UI/UX principles, player psychology, and interaction design.
• Experience working with Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality for an engaging user experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous PC & mobile game UI designs.
Bonus Skills:

1 Strategic Business Partnering
Partner with Production and Quality heads to forecast manpower needs based on
the production pipeline. Manage the "Manpower Cost per Kg" metric
Conduct regular "HR Dipsticks" and "Stay Interviews" to gauge morale and
prevent the "Broken Rung" phenomenon in technical middle management
Facilitate Floor engagement program for employees and contract workers (e.g.
