Review Criteria

• Strong UAT / Functional Test Lead Profiles
• Minimum 7 years of overall testing experience, with at least 3 years of recent UAT experience, primarily in manual testing for large enterprise or government project
• Must have worked on minimum 2 national-level e-Governance, public sector, enterprise, or marketplace projects in a UAT lead or ownership role
• 3+ years of team handling experience, leading 7–8 QA/UAT members, including task assignment, review, mentoring, and delivery ownership
• Must have complete ownership of UAT activities, including UAT planning, execution, acceptance sign-off, defect management, retesting, and regression cycles.
• Must have strong hands-on manual testing experience, with the ability to create test scenarios and test cases from BRDs, user stories, functional documents, and Figma/UI screens.
• Must be able to understand HLD/LLD documents and API specifications and perform manual API testing based on business logic.
• Must have BE/BTech/MTech/MBA (BSc/BCA alone is not acceptable; with Bsc/BCA candidates must have a relevant postgraduate degree MCA/MTech)
• Do not consider candidates with automation-heavy profiles or those lacking strong manual UAT and leadership experience
• Candidate must be based within Delhi NCR (100 km radius)

Preferred

• (Certification): ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent is preferred

Job Specific Criteria

Role & Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate

Candidate must be from a product-based company with experience handling large-scale production traffic.

2. Candidate must have strong Linux expertise with hands-on production troubleshooting and working knowledge of databases and middleware (Mongo, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Kafka).

3. Candidate must have solid experience with Kubernetes.

4. Candidate should have strong knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Chef / Puppet. Add on- Prometheus & Grafana etc.

5. Candidate must be an individual contributor with strong ownership.

6. Candidate must have hands-on experience with DATABASE MIGRATIONS and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

7. Candidate must have working knowledge of Go/Python and Java.

8. Candidate should have working experience on Cloud platform - AWS

9. Candidate should have Minimum 1.5 years stability per organization, and a clear reason for relocation

You will be getting leads from the company. You need to builds and maintains business relationships with new and existing customers. You understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate solutions, negotiate with clients to help them move down the sales funnel, record client feedback and maintain a customer database. 

(Marketing Agency Experience required)

1. Develop high-quality written and visual content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and social media posts.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior content creators to maintain consistent content quality.

2. Lead content strategy development, collaborating with the marketing team to align with marketing objectives and target audience needs.

Utilize your experience to refine and optimize our content strategy continually.

3. Develop and implement advanced content promotion strategies, including influencer outreach and partnerships.

Monitor industry trends and emerging channels for innovative content promotion opportunities.

4. Take ownership of SEO efforts, conducting in-depth keyword research, and overseeing on-page and off-page optimization efforts.

Monitor and analyze SEO performance, making data-driven improvements.

5. Provide in-depth analysis and insights into content performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Create customized reports for key stakeholders to showcase the impact of content marketing efforts.

5. Manage the content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, industry events, and product launches.

Streamline content production processes for increased efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.

Minimum of three years of experience in content marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Should have strong JavaScript fundamentals.
• HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, the JavaScript object model and ES6
• Understanding of React.js / Angular/ Vue.js and its core principles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with React.js /Vue.js/ Angular.
• Good communication skills.
• Good understanding of FE build systems and tools like Babel(ES6), Webpack, Grunt, npm,. is a plus.
• Experience with browser APIs and optimising front end performance is a plus.

About the role

We’re seeking a qualified Sales Manager to sell Whitehat Jr’s product that our customers have grown to rely on. The Sales Manager will utilise their skills to generate high quality leads, build a strong relationship with customers and close deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Role details (please read)

Scope: Exceed targets for New Sales, Referrals or Renewals, in an individual contributor role

Work Location: Remote online work until offices reopen, candidate may be based anywhere in India

Working days: 6 working days with 1 day-off which may be during week

Shifts (subject to change): shift start hour will be after 6 AM and shift end hour before 12 midnight

Qualifications

• Proven B2C Sales track record of exceeding targets, >2 years of Sales experience

Required skills

5. 2+ years of experience in web technologies using Spring MVC, jQuery.

9. Hands on experience on Maven, Jenkins, Nexus etc.
