What will you do at Fynd?
- Develop and execute digital strategies to lead paid and organic growth for Boltic.
- Develop SEM, SEO, and all the other channels strategies to deliver high-quality user acquisition (app installs) and activation to meet business goals, while improving ROI on performance marketing spends.
- Build the Growth Marketing team and lead them in designing and executing campaigns on attributable paid marketing channels and SEO.
- Track and report full-funnel metrics and spend in a timely periodic manner to the team and also
- optimize campaigns from time to time such that the RoI is enhanced thereby leading to a more efficient campaign
- Build deep understanding through data interpretation and design campaigns thereby driving better results in the performance marketing for the brand.
- Work with product and business teams to ensure that the strategy of the business unit is articulated on the growth side
- Stay on top of changing trends and strategic priorities through in-depth data analysis to predict user behavior
- Collaborate with the Brand Team to deploy, enmesh and measure brand marketing campaigns with performance marketing ones.
- Work closely with the product and tech teams to implement strategies and actions to improve funnel performance.
- Constantly evaluate and deploy the right tools and platforms for better performance
Some specific requirements
- 3–6 years of demonstrated success in growth marketing, including performance marketing and SEO, with a focus on B2B SaaS or enterprise solutions.
- Must have an excellent background and track record in a matured consumer internet start-up, mobile gaming startups preferred
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM automation platforms (e.g., Clevertap, Mixpanel, WebEngage, MoEngage).
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL BQ knowledge is a must
- Must be a strong people person who can lead teams into success
- Strong attention to detail and results-oriented
- Must have the ability to grow into a role
- Collaborative leader with high integrity and a hands-on attitude
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in engineering or a related field.

About the role
HighLevel Inc i looking for multiple QA Engineers / Testers to join its full time remote workforce in India. You will be responsible for ensuring that the new releases we make for features, enhancements or new products meet the strict standards of quality & consistency. The buck stops at you and you will have the final say on the correctness, reliability & consistency of our builds. You will prepare detailed test cases that ensure coverage in our complex platform and you will help developers identity & replicate any inconsistencies. You will also work closely with support teams to reproduce reported bugs and communicate them to developers and product teams.

Your Responsibilities
- Owning the quality of any deliverables including new features and enhancements.
- Working closely with the product/engineering team in understanding the requirements and user
- workflow.
- Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvements.
- Writing highly efficient manual test cases and performing functional, ad hoc and regression
- testing.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, including the
- ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize the results.
Your Core Skills

- 3+ years’ experience in testing web applications
- Experience in using defect tracking systems to report, track and resolve defects.
- Experience with API testing and performance testing with tools such as JMeter, and Postman.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS,JS and browser debugging/console tools
- Test automation experiences such as Selenium, Cypress or any other framework.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
- Good knowledge of working with at least one Source control system - Git, SVN etc.
- Good understanding of the Agile software development methodology (Kanban or Scrum) and QA's role in it
Additional Skills
